So fall semesters begins(basically everyone's in town ready for school starting Monday) , gonna be a long night of bouncing drunk freshman and rowdy people. Sometimes I feel like P. swayze in road house .... Hmmmm maybe I should have my nick name changed to "Dalton" on the staff list. Gonna train when I get off of work . Then tomorrow is lake day/move in day.
 
So I've decided to add my workout routines into this log just too keep things interesting. Today was lower hypertophy :

All moved in to the new place !gonna be starting alpha 1 today since I decided no alcohol today. Had enough beers yesterday that I'm content to not drink anymore any time soon so that's good. To start off the smell is cherry , these tabs are sublingual . I cannot name the company but I'm sure with good guessing you can find that out yourself . Gonna chew two sublinguals (30mgs per tablet=60mgs) preworkout in a coup of minutes . Tomorrow will be pin number two . So far from first shot of test I deff have had an increase in libido . Still on mk-677 doing 5 on 2 off with 3-6 mgs of melatonin . Will report back with workout and impressions on alpha 1
 
So dosage for alpha 1 will be twice a day , one morning and one preworkout( usually between 6-9pm) . Tablet taste was slightly cherry with a medicinal after tone , slight acid reflux postworkout but nothing discomforting. Right now weight is up 4.5 pounds as I sit at 189.5 . Mostly water I'm assuming from the combo of mk and test . Pump was ****ing crazy today , all weights just felt lighter and my muscles feel like the have the maximum amount of blood possible in them . Ran into some familiar faces at the gym . Got my xbox all set up at the new crib so it's just gonna be good and video games the rest of the night.

Try letting the tabs just slowly dissolve under your tongue rather than chewing them up... or even crush them a little with your front teeth (nibble) and then let hold the rest under your tongue. Should help absorption.

Yeah I tried chewing it up and putting it under my tongue but that turned into a mess . Will let them just sit under the tongue and see how that goes

they take awhile to dissolve, and theres usually a little bit that you end up chewing anyways, but its still more optimal (tho prob only make 1% difference in reality ha - just makes me feel like I'm squeezing everything out of it)
 
Took one tablet this morning , did take a little time to dissolve , however my bp was up today . Decided to take 10mg of tadafil to combat it and now I'm back to a comfortable level . Gonna go get a bp cuff to monitor but for now till I make sure everything stabilizes I'm gonna take this first week slow and stay at just 1 tablet preworkout . Today's a rest day , ran some errands and am goin to a friend's going away get together before I go to work at the bar tonight.

Sick pump today , no bp issues to report . I'm loving the sleep from mk right no and libido is also higher then usual . I'm liking the way I look right now , constantly full . Gonna go hammer down a bunch of chicken and pasta . Till tomorrow AM fam

So I've seen on your workouts you keep the weight and reps(+ or -1) the same through the entire exercise you do. What is the reasoning for this?

(I am not being rude, honest question lol)

So what I like to do is use the reps for a way to measure my progression , so for hypertrophy work if I am able to do say 10 reps of a certain weight for three sets , then I know I can now move up the weights 5 or 10lbs and I shoot for 10 reps with this new weight . Sets stay constant but if I can't get the full reps then that means I try again next time I workout that muscle group . These next 4 weeks I should see some really good progression in strength so hopefully you won't be seeing the same numbers over and over . Glad you pay attention though to the workouts and no disrespect taken !
 
Are you going to failure on HT days?

Also a suggestion on your Power days. Remove isolation work like those straight arm push downs. Stick to true power compound movements. Even the close grip bench is not a power movement. Would say do weighted dips instead and heavy Lat pull downs or weighted pull ups instead of the stiff arms. Those are going to serve better as power movements.

Yessir , the pump has been getting intense too. And I don't have a weight belt any other suggestions ? I could always do the old dumbbell between the legs trick for now.

Still no more BP episodes which is a good sign , thinking I will bump the alpha 1 up to 60mgs starting Monday. Really pushed through today's workout aside from my ass being a little sore from pinning , Monday's pin has me a little sore but I worked through it . Going home to feast and take a nice shower , then it's poon-tang and video games

Yesterday was a rest day . Today will be lower hypertrophy with some ab work. Just got some of bsl "formula 19" which is a post workout carbohydrate blend . Gonna run through this tub and see how I like it . Gonna up alpha 1 to two tablets split Am and Preworkout tomorrow .
 
Scratch that decided to do chest and arms instead and save the legs for tomorrow . Had a skin ripping pump again today aswell . Looking full, sleep is great , libido is up, a little acne , strength is deff going up . So far all positives except for the occasional BP spike .

Aka "Hercule's curls" I don't really do those because at my gym the cables are allways packed so getting just one is a struggle enough . If I ever go in a time it's not busy on arm day I'll switch it up and throw those in . I had a sick pump yesterday regardless , really focused on squeezing the bicep during contraction .

I force my way between the cable towers on chest day like a fat chick at a buffet. If I can't do the Hercules curls though I switch to cable-rope hammer curls.

Starting week 2 of the alpha 1 now dosing 60mgs a day . Second dose was preworkout and raised bp just a tad , had some headaches . Gonna switch over from tada to hydro3 (obviously don't want to mix the two ) just because Id lake to save the tada I have because I have allot of hydro3 in the stash . Pump was killer . Been eating plenty of carbs and protein . Ready go this test to really shine and see these alpha 1 results . Tomorrow is rest then Wednesday will be upper power .

Feeling much from the 1alpha yet?

Gonna assess that on my upper power day tomorrow. Will see if strength is up , alpha 1 is almost like a preworkout it feels haha gets me pumped before I get in the gym . But I will answer your question tomorrow more in depth.
