Then tomorrow is lake day/move in day.Try letting the tabs just slowly dissolve under your tongue rather than chewing them up... or even crush them a little with your front teeth (nibble) and then let hold the rest under your tongue. Should help absorption.
Yeah I tried chewing it up and putting it under my tongue but that turned into a mess . Will let them just sit under the tongue and see how that goes
So I've seen on your workouts you keep the weight and reps(+ or -1) the same through the entire exercise you do. What is the reasoning for this?

Also a suggestion on your Power days. Remove isolation work like those straight arm push downs. Stick to true power compound movements. Even the close grip bench is not a power movement. Would say do weighted dips instead and heavy Lat pull downs or weighted pull ups instead of the stiff arms. Those are going to serve better as power movements.
So what I like to do is use the reps for a way to measure my progression , so for hypertrophy work if I am able to do say 10 reps of a certain weight for three sets , then I know I can now move up the weights 5 or 10lbs and I shoot for 10 reps with this new weight . Sets stay constant but if I can't get the full reps then that means I try again next time I workout that muscle group . These next 4 weeks I should see some really good progression in strength so hopefully you won't be seeing the same numbers over and over . Glad you pay attention though to the workouts and no disrespect taken !
Completely understood, I love seeing the weights moving up, and I am sure you will see them move pretty quickly once things get going! For me logging is a great way to keep track of the numbers you hit from week to week, nothing better then comparing after weeks of training. I think my 2nd week of my cycle I had got 195 5x incline bench, now(week 9 or 10) I am getting the same if not more reps with 225 on incline. (this was my first cycle of test as well)

Goin up in reps and weight , pump today has my shoulders hurting so damn bad . Haven't had a pump hurt like this in awhile . I know this programs gonna lead me to my goals so I'm not gonna rush the process but trust the process. And as allways time to go eat my weight in food and poon.

I force my way between the cable towers on chest day like a fat chick at a buffet. If I can't do the Hercules curls though I switch to cable-rope hammer curls.Aka "Hercule's curls" I don't really do those because at my gym the cables are allways packed so getting just one is a struggle enough . If I ever go in a time it's not busy on arm day I'll switch it up and throw those in . I had a sick pump yesterday regardless , really focused on squeezing the bicep during contraction .

) just because Id lake to save the tada I have because I have allot of hydro3 in the stash . Pump was killer . Been eating plenty of carbs and protein . Ready go this test to really shine and see these alpha 1 results . Tomorrow is rest then Wednesday will be upper power . Feeling much from the 1alpha yet?
Gonna assess that on my upper power day tomorrow. Will see if strength is up , alpha 1 is almost like a preworkout it feels haha gets me pumped before I get in the gym . But I will answer your question tomorrow more in depth.
