True on the technique it is like for golf when they have you go through the perfect swing over and over in slow motion then have you speed it up gradually. By the time you are up to speed you are already trained in the pattern of movement and have a pretty decent swing.

That's so true with the deads, I got so good at them by dong tons of reps that when I did the power phase my strength was way up and my mechanics were golden.

So far the extra epi from super epi doesn't seem to be doing much , I have noticed a stimulative effect from it but that's all I can comment so far . Sitting at 197 and looking leaner . Strength is still

Officially day 45 so I wanted to ask everyone their opinions on my last couple of weeks , would you like to see me do 3 maybe 4 weeks of alpha 1 after this or 4 weeks of Msten ?? Open to other suggestions aswell. That will be the end of my cycle so I can take a nice long break from anabolics to winter comes and it'll finally be test time

Lmfao I've been wondering where the troll king went , I have no experience with either but I have taken creatine and c4 before

perfect! since you're basically well versed in these compounds with your past supplementation you should be golden. Just take them both, half a bottle per day, for at least 35 weeks. that should get you about 5-10lb of relatively lean gainz. also, make sure to skip pct because thats where you lose them all. just take your normal creatine and add in some extra cell tech to make sure you keep everything.haha

if it were me, id go for the msten (half because thats what I want to run next myself ha). 4 weeks, solid mass. Id prob add in some extra cals too to make sure you really get the most out of that.

I think the MSten would really punctuate the cycle. It will just be more ofa flash bang ending. Plus in all honesty already having been on these other compounds this long you will not get a true experience of the 1-Alpha because myostatin levels have already increased a bit from being on cycle for 8 weeks. I think if you want to see a major difference MSten is the way to go since it is going to be stronger compound and like I said late in the cycle you won't get a good reading for how well the 1-Alpha would work stand alone in a normal cycle due to already increased myostatin levels. I would wait and run the 1-Alpha when fresh if I were you.

I tend to go for something to dry me out near the end. Msten may be fine for you, some really like it and it's stronger than 1-alpha. 1-alpha tends to have less sides and easier to recover from. For me between the two I would go for 1-alpha but that's not necessarily what's best for you so I am sort of on the fence here. Msten is a step up from the 2 step conversion stuff.

Went to the pool today with some friends them practiced some heavy bag and speed bag drills at the gym . Weight has been fluctuating from around190-195. I look bigger and more defined . The rad seems to be starting to take effect now and is helping me lean out a little . Still feel great , decided I will be dropping the extra epiandro elite as I haven't seen really anything extra with it besides some cns stimulation . Invalid Link Removed
 
The epiandro should help you dry out some. Rad is rad, using that now myself with epi-andro. Another reason why I would keep the epiandro is that it will stave off any lethargy you might feel. Another thing Chris found out with Rad lethargy is that by taking extra vitamins especially B vitamins you could minimize the effect as well.
 
I think I need some B myself, everyday from 14:00-16:00 I like crash out exhausted.
 
I nearly took a 5 hour coma nap yesterday lol, wife was hoping I was going to surprise her when she got home from work and be ready to hit the gym but my tank was on E and I was sticking to my rest day. She was bummed.

Work was super ****ty tonight with graduation , kid in the kitchen walked out on me so I had to pick up slack . Regardless I used that pissed off feeling to push me to the gym . Decided it was about time to switch up my routine as its been finally getting borring to me . Decided to switch over to a gvt style program , tonight me and a friend did DL 10x10 @135 and BB 10x10 @135 , super wicked pumps and crazy sweats but everything felt very smooth and controlled . Well I almost whooped this kids ass at work today, this kid wanted to walk out on me Friday night an hour before close so today he wanted me to help him and i said **** no, we got in a argument and I almost got him to walk out (he didn't though) and later in the night he wanted to try and tell my boss I was pissed because of my personal life . My blood pressure got so high and for the close people who know me I have a very bad temper when I'm pushed over the edge . I can control my anger very well but only twice in my life have I really exploded . When I say I almost grabbed this kid by the throat I mean it. He had the audacity to try and say I was upset cause my best friend tried committing suicide ( which she did and failed thankfully) on Friday night . **** him , I kept it cool though and I remembered that in life there will allways be kids like him testing me . I get to see him again next Sunday and I'll make sure to make his life hell
 
Sorry to hear about your friend, this kid sounds like a ****head.

Training is going good I'm getting compliments that I'm looking bigger but I'm still sitting at the 195-197 mark , deff losing some fat which I'm liking . Ready to wrap up the andros and dip my toes into some Msten :p
