Hey all,
So it's been a long time since I was active on here (back in 2010-2016 days with various companies as a rep)
and I think it's about time to get back into the flow.

Today will start the logs of my progress.
No goal in mind but here is where we are starting

Most bodyparts are 6-9 working sets per week. Renaissance Periodization style, Full ROM slow eccentrics, focus on stretch. Progressive overload.

In reality this will most likely be a bi-weekly photo update, not a huge training log but I invite any and all conversation in here as I get bored with splits after a few months and often find myself splitting things up in different ways. I've done a lof of styles, Bro Split, PHAT training, fortitude training, PRRS, powerbuilding, etc over my 20yrs.

I've competed in 4 shows total, 3 of which were in 2016. First show was 2012.

Supps at the moment.
STORM Pre (not picky on pre, just something for a pick me up)
1 serv of pump product of choice
1 stick of Proprel
5g creatine mono
Now Adam
Apigening 200mg before bed
400mg magnesium before bed
1 serv greens
XPG DHEa-50
anabol PM
Lipo-g defining gel 2/day

Macros
4 meals
2 meals of 30g F 0-20G carb (fiber tortilla) 60g pro
2 meals 0-10g F 100g Carb and 60g pro

Well only two days in so I cant say much, especially as all of the ingredients I already take so now sure I'll have feedback.

FORGOT to list the I am on MusclePlex also so that is 1/2 my RipFactor/day other 1/2 is Anabol PM

So about a week in on the anabol PM.
I definitely would not take it as a sleep supplement which was my intention.
I'd put it as a Ripfactor supp. 1/2 dosed
 
Small tweak to nutrition as well

Meal 1 30g f 10g F 60g p
Meal 2,3,4 10g F 75G C 60G p
Add 25g C post workout
 
1 week into the cut.
Down 204 to 200.

2.5 weeks into ammo abliderate and down to 196 this am.
