So it's been a long time since I was active on here (back in 2010-2016 days with various companies as a rep)
and I think it's about time to get back into the flow.
Today will start the logs of my progress.
No goal in mind but here is where we are starting

Sat-Upper Sun-Lower Mon-Upper Tues cardio/abs Weds Lower Thurs-Upper Fri cadio/abs
Most bodyparts are 6-9 working sets per week. Renaissance Periodization style, Full ROM slow eccentrics, focus on stretch. Progressive overload.
In reality this will most likely be a bi-weekly photo update, not a huge training log but I invite any and all conversation in here as I get bored with splits after a few months and often find myself splitting things up in different ways. I've done a lof of styles, Bro Split, PHAT training, fortitude training, PRRS, powerbuilding, etc over my 20yrs.
I've competed in 4 shows total, 3 of which were in 2016. First show was 2012.
