How hard is it to get those things on?

Not that hard.

Probably coulda got them smaller honestly, just went by the sizing video on the page.

The elbow sleeves are harder to get on than the knee sleeves.

Which might be good, because they won't add much to the squat besides warmth/stability.
 
I wear my EFS sleeves all session long, feels good man.

Went in to the gym did some foam rolling/stretching.

Did some OH Squats up to like 75#.


Bowling now, knee sleeve on with tiger balm all around the joint.
 
Farmers carry/sled drag didn't go well.

250 per handle, barely got 10ft before my grip went. Couldn't get it back up after that.
