Yes very easy, they are not that big, and are not even that lean. Ronny is the biggest and is like 170lbs..lol Have you ever seen pics of them next to normal people? I have seen a bunch next to like random college kids and they are small as hell. I am not going to be searching for them, but here are a few next quick ones I found. One next to Ovechkin, and a couple chicks and two dudes with some actual size.
Do you think on even an hrt dose of test, and some GH being in that shape is difficult?
Go to any gym in america and there are LEGITIMATE massive individuals that party all the time, eat like ****, etc.
I mean they are in decent shape, I am just not sure what all the amazement is about, it isn't that difficult. Not like we are talking about contest lean, and 250lbs.
If you seriously think being that big is difficult, especially on gear, I would quit working out.lol
I think they all look like sh!t
They are retarded peoples...I nvr seen losers like them...

he tends to put on a bit of fat during the show
celc5 said:Yessir, a lot of pics and promos that people see are old shots. I am genuinely entertained by the show and have noticed that their physiques deteriorate throughout each season of filming. Especially when they went straight from Italy into the next season at the shore.
When I was in college, my main group of friends and I were all lean enough to have a hint of abs. We worked out like animals and got drunk and laid 6 nights per week. (morality wise, maybe that's not want I want to do now, but it was how we lived). IF we would have added even a hint of steroids, we could have certainly pulled off an even tighter look than those guys possess. They live like college kids in that their stress is low and they have time to sleep/recover.
Now that I'm an adult and working full time (and not at a t-shirt shop), I could never pull off that lifestyle without the rest. I miss those nights where I used to sleep 10 and 11 hours. Can you imagine?
oh and this whole idea that '' if i had just a tiny bit of roids blah blah'' is madness. do any of you go to the anabolics section here on AM? does it look like everyones avatar is amazing? no. it's cause diet is still king. they have plenty of guys that take massive amounts of roids and still don't look impressive.
not to bust balls but look at schwellington. hes a cool guy and hes disciplined to the max and takes TONS of steroids for months out of the year and still doesnt look like what you'd imagine as a '' juice head''.

Again, none of them are shredded. lol They are in "decent" shape at best. That is NOT that difficult especially if you are predisposed to it, even less difficult with assistance. To the dudes saying getting a 6 pack is easy, either, you're out of your mind, or you have a raging thyroid.
Personally, i HAVE to have the eye of the tiger and beat myself into submission for weeks and weeks and weeks to get close.
I WISH it was easy. I HATE hyping other dudes up. yeah they have dudes at the gym who look awesome. hell, i go to ole miss and i'm always
seeing awesome looking dudes. hell maybe it is easy for some, but, frank you're crazy for saying '' oh yeah man all ya gotta do is blah blah and bam you're awesome looking''.
if it's so easy why isn't everyone rocking plates and a 6 pack?
I never said that, and my whole point was the opposite of that..lol . You aren't going to be Phil Heath with their effort, but you sure as hell can be them. You think these guys are awesome looking? lol My point was, they are fairly average. They are on a show for a couple weeks a year in which the show up in decent shape, and leave in worse shape. Do you think that is difficult?oh yeah man all ya gotta do is blah blah and bam you're awesome looking''.

yall watch way too many movies. the grand scheme doesn't include someone 250lbs at 5% bodyfat. competitive bodybuilders are completely irrelevant. its retarded to even compare yourself to the top .01% of people. its the same phenomenon that happens to a man who watches too much porno. they start to think most women look like sh*t and every woman should be super tan, have no fat, huge tits and have a goddess' face, or they are just bleh, or average. '' oh he only makes $200,000/yr? that ain't sh*t warren buffet has 40 bil''!
What are you going on about? These guys are fairly average when it comes to people who lift, and juice. Bottom line. Obtaining that sort of physique is possible regardless of how ****ty your genetics are.
10% bodyfat eating whatever is NOT average. i don't care what you say. yeah we all got one friend who has good genetics and can get away with it. but for everyone one of those guys, you'll see 15 more who look like sh*t, and you can tell they don't obsess about nutrition.
You think they are eating whatever they want? You see 30 min a a day of their life, for 2-3 weeks when they are on vacation..lol
I give props where it's due. I have a hard time staying on a diet long enough to get shredded EVEN IF i know how to do it. Money, drugs, and a genetic pre disposition to a good body aren't enough. it takes will, and a strong enough mindset to ward off depression, a bad day or whatever else life throws your way to not just say '' i'm havin a bad day, lets get blazed and eat a pound of icecream, pizza, milk duds, popcorn, and whatever else we can find.'' <-- imagine doing that for years straight. dieting for a week, then giving up, then dieting, then giving up and so on.
I don't know. I stay on a diet year round. It is not that difficult to me. People make too much of it. Lack of will power, and mentally weak maybe.
That is my opinion. Genetic pre-dispositoon isn't enough? lol It is everything. Genetics TRUMP diet, probably one of the few things that trump diet. All the other **** is irrelevant if you have a pre-dispositon to staying lean. There is no mental anguish, depression, bla bla.
having everything at your disposal, and knowing all there is to know isn't enough to get you cut.
edit: no, i've never touched GH or t3/t4
Then how do you know how much help it is?
Yeah, Ross is f***ing jacked. Like he eats Ronnies for breakfast lolAgain you think this is what they do year round? Come on. It is a ****ing TV show.lol
**** I am FAR more impressed by that dumb ass Ross Erstling's physique, the dude that claims to help train the "Situation". He is legitimately petty big and shredded.
Sorry, I don't agree with you. You don't agree with me. Such is life.

REALLLLLLLY?
First, i'd like to say i've never seen 1 episode of jersey shore. The only knowledge i have of the show is what has been given to me on here, and in conversation with people. Second, I wasn't insinuating they were on diets year round and ate like **** 24/7. I thought that is what you were saying - plenty of dudes eat like **** 24/7 and are 10% BF. Also, I didn't mention the effectiveness of GH. I was answering your question.
What i WAS saying is that, one should never compare themselves, nor other people to competitive bodybuilders -EVER- unless they want to be. The take home message is, 95% of guys would love to look like the situation. Spending a lot of time in the gym distorts our reality of what most men look like. with an obesity rate at close to 50% , and the rest falling into standard deviations of that, i'd say they are pretty 'elite'.
You did mention the effectiveness of it, because I said how much it helped, and you are debating with me, no? lol GH was one of my major points, of making it easier to stay lean. 3-4IU year round can do wonders for that. You can't just negate GH, since it was one of my major points.hahbut, frank you're crazy for saying '' oh yeah man all ya gotta do is blah blah and bam you're awesome looking''.

We are also assuming no "cosmetic surgery" aka liposuction or anything in that realm, which we all know is a possibility.
MY whole point is obtaining a physique in their league is not that difficult, and I stand by that.
So don't compare people to competitive bodybuilders, but compare them to the obese? haha Makes sense brotha.
soontobbeast said:the only dude i've seen was the situation. and the pic i saw of him some time ago , he was pretty damn cut. and yeah i compare to obese people as a whole, which is more common, obese people [close to 50% of the population] or competitive body builders [ less than 1%]? i can't believe you even tried to make that sound crazy lol.
forgive me on the GH point, i didn't realize that was the major point. I'd like to look into it, would you recommend the fragments aka CJC, or what?

Frank Reynolds said:We are on a bodybuilding board/weightlifting board, and the thread is wondering how people who lift weights stay in shape. What seems like a more logical comparison the obese or bodybuilders/weightlifters ?
Do you look at your condition, and then an obese person and go " damn I am in awesome shape compared to that guy"?
And fwiw I never compared them to bodybuilders, but the avg juicing gym goer. Any comparison to a competitive bb is to just show the difference between legitimately shredded, which is hard to obtain/maintain and 10-12% bf which is not all that difficult especially if holding a ton of muscle is a concern.
Bottom line is from a leaness and size perspective they are fairly average to me.
