Are you planning the Forma 10 pumps total or 10 and 10? I ran it at 10 and 10 for 6 weeks and tapered to 6.

I was gonna do 10 pumps total, I get great results from 100mg of Form, I will start with 6 pumps and go up to prob 14 and go back down the last week.

I ran 10 and 10 for like 6 weeks along side derma. If I hadn't the LV crap it would have been awesome. As it was it was really nice.

Wasn't a big workout 40-50min, didn't feel the best today, muscles are dead sore from those 2 hard workouts and tons of laps, but still got a great sweat in, I went hard and muscles are really sore now aha, I do feel the added weight I put on in the last week, diet has been really bad and I'm paying the price.


Today I'm gonna head to the gym and it will look like this, gonna go pretty like, guess an active recovery day.

Well the light few sets of curls you told me to do for faster recovery really helped so why not light whole body for faster recovery :D

Well hopefully I get my order from APS soon so I can try this stack but after this one and I take a break, whats everyones thoughts on if I took Phreak 1 cap a day and full dose Androhard?

Right now no, def not.

I first need to make sure my back is 100% and also hurt my knee last month, which is also in the way of squats. I'm gonna wait until my back is 100% and if everything is going good I'll do that 8 week stack I planned and will use Dermacrine RLS instead of Sarms. After I do that and PCT I'll take a few months off any test boosters/hormonal products then maybe I will try something like Tom suggested:)

I won't rush into it.

I think a DHT is a nice addition to any stack really. Helps make the cycle a little smoother IMO

As for Phreak, I think you would be better off with going with just hdrol or sdrol honestly. The dosages to each seem weird in phreak, I know it has been brought up before.

I think a SD pulse (3x a week) stacked with AH would be a nice stack. Toss the dermacrine in and you got a winner :bling: Also the AH stacked with Hdrol would be good too.. But I personally would go with phreak.

Shoot Milas a PM he may be able to offer some suggestions, he has helped me extensively with trying to decide on cycles to run.

Hmm interesting :thinking: I'm looking at a P-Plex, Androhard stack and might just take you up on that suggestion ;)
 
My first cycle was an epi-pulse. It helped me ease into what I considered a dark-gray world. Now I'm totally at ease with it, and understand much better. One thing about pulsing though, don't skimp on PCT, I got bloodwork after and I was shutdown without adequate PCT. SERM all the way!

I actually logged it on here (my first log too), works great with DC style training 3 times a week.

I'd go with a single compound to start, stacks aren't necessary...

I may make the 4 week bottle of Andro last 6 weeks since thats what I did with the LV version and still enjoyed it.

Thoughts
Todays workout was killer, when I got out the wife said I looked so pale, pretty close to pukin, but thats when I know it was a good workout :D The room was so hot, I blasted the heater.



Gonna give this new diet a try for the next 4-6 weeks until back is 100% to start training 2x a day again at the mma gym.

Not sure how my body will react to the diet but I guess I'll find out. I don't wanna get under 180lbs while on this diet, so if I drop to 180 fast I'll add some more cals in. I'm gonna go with a Chicken pita for the last meal because I feel my body will still drop fat fast like this, if I don't feel it's dropping fast enough I'll switch it to just chicken.

LEAN GAINS DIET!!!
1 PM: Oatmeal + low carb protein shake
1:30 PM: Pre-workout + 1 scoop of Xtend
2 PM: Weights and Swimming (3hours)
5:30PM: 3 scoops of Xtend

Just got 2 samples of Animal Rage in the mail, I sware I requested samples from them like 5 months ago, but thats cool lol. Only a 5g serving, I have a feeling this is gonna be packed with caffeine lol

Tonights weigh in I'll prob be about 192lbs, I really put down the carbs today, I'm thinking I'll be about 190lbs Monday morning weigh in and then the LG diet starts. After 1 week of the diet I will stop taking any supplements besides protein for the next month. I'm gonna miss caffeine but it must be done!


Had a pretty good week of training, I can feel I pushed my back to the limit, it's hurting a bit but not the same injury pain so it's all good, gonna try to add back extensions in again this week.
