Hit the Sauna last night for 45min and just had some milk and then xtend.

Thoughts
Todays workout was killer, when I got out the wife said I looked so pale, pretty close to pukin, but thats when I know it was a good workout

The room was so hot, I blasted the heater.
Gonna give this new diet a try for the next 4-6 weeks until back is 100% to start training 2x a day again at the mma gym.
Not sure how my body will react to the diet but I guess I'll find out. I don't wanna get under 180lbs while on this diet, so if I drop to 180 fast I'll add some more cals in. I'm gonna go with a Chicken pita for the last meal because I feel my body will still drop fat fast like this, if I don't feel it's dropping fast enough I'll switch it to just chicken.

1 PM: Oatmeal + low carb protein shake
1:30 PM: Pre-workout + 1 scoop of Xtend
2 PM: Weights and Swimming (3hours)
5:30PM: 3 scoops of Xtend
6 PM: Large meal- Extra lean hamburger/ Fruit smoothie
9 PM: Last Meal- Chicken Pita
11PM: 1 scoop of Xtend
1 AM: 1 scoop of Xtend
3 AM: 1 scoop of Xtend
Fasted state- 9pm-1pm
Will start it Monday!
