JD's APS Nutrition New Years Revolution!

I second that motion, PCT is the worst time to cut. It's like putting gasoline on the catabolic fire when you have low hormone levels...

I have been thinking about this all day, I was thinking of changing it up, doing Mon/Tues- 4000 cal days and Wed to Sun- 2800 cal days, I'll still be able to cycle the cals/carbs high twice a week and should get that metabolism going. I'll try the other plan I had for after PCT.

Well I had a good leg/abs/lower back workout, still feeling a bit sick, I've been having to use dristan nasal spray so I can breath out my nose lol

Just took some more Meso/CN and Nitrozine, gonna head off to boxing soon!
 
Well on my last cut I was at 700 cals for 10 days, now that sucked! lol

But ya 1500 will still suck, but I want to try this cal/carb cycling and see how that works for me.

Day 12 PCT thoughts
Ok so I did a big leg workout in the morning about 35 sets of legs, 15 sets of 25 reps for abs and 8 sets for lower back. Tonight I did some bag work and sparring, I felt really good, only thing that sucked is there was only 155ers at boxing today so I couldn't go 100% with power, the coaches kept telling me to use less power lol. My hands felt pretty good today for doing upper body weight workout yesterday, punching power is feeling good woke up at 194lbs, ate a bunch of cals and carbs today.

The PCT is going really good so far TestatropinV2 has really kicked in, also activate xtreme stacks great with it and of course Erase is workin great! Almost done my last bottle of Meso, got about a week left and I'll be out, still got Plasmagen Nitrate tho so I will start using that once I'm out of Meso!

I've been blessed with K.O power :), I'm exicted for tomorrow I believe a good heavyweight kickboxer is coming in tomorrow for sparring, so I'm excited to be able to go full force and have some fun:D

Update
Well tonight sucked, did about 30-40 min on the heavy bag, I had no power, no speed, no endurance...I've never had an off night like this before, lactic acid build up was the worse I've ever had, my muscles havn't recoverd at all from my last few workouts, I wasn't going to go tonight but figured screw it my body should warm up and feel better after a couple rounds, but nope not even close. After the heavy bag I did about 12 rounds of sparring, I had nothing tonight, I was pretty much even with everyone, except the last round I went against my kickboxing coach and did horrible, he clipped me on the chin prob at least 6 times in the round, at least I know I don't have a glass jaw lol, at the end of the round I was so sloppy, I stepped in with a crappy jab and took the hardest body shot I ever got to the solar plexus and dropped, I had no air, it freakin blew.

I can't believe have burnt my body feels right now, I'm going to rest up the next few days, I'll do some shadow boxing Monday and Tuesday I'm going into boxing feeling 100% to kick some ass lol.

I've been going really high on cals and carbs the last few days, I woke up at 198lbs today, I'm going back to maintenance cals today. I will report back Tuesday and let everyone know how it went.

Rest up real good, and next time; clip your coach - don't let it be the other way around ;)

I hope you go to maintenance calories for your NEW body weight! Wouldn't want to lose those hard earned lbs of LBM!
 
Had a long day today at work, took 1 cap of Phenadrine and another cap 5 hours and it lasted me the whole shift with great energy.

Tomorrow I have a 14 hour shift, thats gonna suck lol, but with the help of Phenadrine I should have great energy, I think I'll try 1 cap of White Lightning when I get to work and a Phenadrine 8 hours in.
 
I got a sample of yellow thunder once, that stuff got me wired :D

Round 3- Pushed it hard dominated this round as well but felt my cardio dropping
Round 4- This is the round where my cardio was done for, just won this round.
Round 5- Was winning the round then I got over zellus when I clipped him with a nice hook, I was very gased when I went in for the kill, got sloppy and left my chin up and got rocked, my legs went out for a second, dropped to a knee and got right back up and the round ended.

Grappling 2x5 min rounds
Round 1- Dominated
Round 2- Dominated but muscle endurance needs to get good again, but I do feel the strength gains I've got from doing weights.

Overall it was an ok night, I'm not near as in good shape as I was, my endurance is my weak point right now and when my gas out I get sloppy and make mistakes. Thursday for sparring was the first time I ever got dropped and it was a shot to the solar plexsus and now tonight by a right hook to the chin , Was doing great untill then, my conditioning is no good right now but I will get it back up there. The kickboxing coach dropped a couple people with that body shot yeserday, the dude is the body shot master lol.

It's going pretty good, it's not easy going to mma training to weights for 3 months and back to boxing/ grappling. I will focus on boxing/ grappling for another few weeks with some conditoning, I'm looking forward to see how much I can keep my strength up while going down in weight.

I'm very much enjoying the boost from TestatropinV2/Activate Xtreme/ Erase stack, I'm noticing some pimples on my upper back in the last week. Ankle update- very sore still, but fight through it.

Just a little update, I did another boxing workout this morning before work, everything went good, my shoulder is a little sore still from the last workout, it got pumped really easy.

I work all day tomorrow then I'll be doing a full body workout Monday morning and grappling at night.

Anyone watch the fights tonight? I think BJ won the first, draw the second and lost the 3rd. Now he really lost the 3rd bad, but thats the way it goes, I'd rather BJ get a draw then a loss. I know there is a lot of bitter Fitch fans out there, but thats what he gets for trying to grind out every fight, I'm so sick of that kind of style of fighting, I really hope BJ gets comes back 100% ready to go and beat fitch, I hope he comes back with a new game plan, I want to see him get out there and strike fitch.

I must say my heart was racing when BJ had his back, too bad he didn't get that choke in:(

Training went great today, I'm all out of TestatropinV2 and will be out of Activate Xtreme tomorrow. I must say I have enjoyed this PCT better then my cycle of Dermacrine and Androhard!

Today training went great, the circuit was killer, once I got to the push downs I took no rest breaks I went set to set, it was great! Grappling went really good tonight, better then expected for my first time back at grapping, I think I may compete in a grappling tourny coming up in April, I'll see how it goes, I'll compete at 185lbs, which will be super easy to make the more I pick up the training!

I'm taking out Reduce XT for now, Erase decreases cortisol and estrogen enough, my joints are feeling dry. Got my appointment for my back at 10am then going to go do some swimming at 2pm
 
Glad to hear everything is going smooth! How are you liking the P-Slin? I bet it is hard to say with that array of supplements you have though ;)

I always loved P-slin, I did like the bulk P-slin they sold more tho, but thats because I would put twice as much ingredients in 1 cap lol

i have to say, i am more impressed with your pct supps than androhard/dermacrine, not surprised you are seeing good results. nice workout, btw!!!
