Hey guys, simple question. I am looking for a new zip up hooded jacket. I like the looks of the finaflex hoodie, but it is not zip up. Now if a rep wanted to send me one I would gladly wear it at the gym to promote them ;)

I am actually looking into getting a BPS hooded jacket. I don't like the draw strings on them, but I usually just pull them out of my hoodies anyway haha. I bought a jacket from another forum LO, and didn't like the zipper on it, it was kinda big and gauky (sp). Any suggestions? And do they make them specifically for BB'ers? You know to fit better? bigger on top, smaller waist, etc?

I actually have the FINAFLEX hoodie.. So you both know it is not your typical 'heavy' hoodie material, but a tshirt material. That said, it is a more 'muscle fit' and pretty damn sharp!

Heck that's even better! I don't wear many sweatshirts and usually complain about getting hot. Sounds like it's just what I need!

Off subject, my wife just made some stuffed peppers. Italian style ground turkey, brown rice, and a little cheese on top, YUM!!!

Cadio sucks!! But gotta do it! 20 mins this morning. Ten on the stair climber (HIIT) ten on the treadmill high incline, fast walk..

Going out of town this morning, but will get in my workout later this afternoon.

Do you find 10 minutes of liss is long enough? I like the hiit and liss mix.

For now I think so. I mix it up a lot to keep from getting bored. Some days its straight HIIT. Ohers just a jog. I'm doing cardio twice a day right now too, so that helps. As I get closer I'll increase the intensity. Like today I did level 5 and 10 on the stair climber going 35 floors in 10 min. I'll increase that eventually to 45-50 and so on.


So after rambling lol, right now I'm ok with the 10min Liss :)
 
I am looking at your pics and I wouldn't think you had another 25 to 30, not that numbers matter that much just condition till you get as leans as possible and forget about weight. Eat to maintain as much mass as you can while you get shredded. Conditioning comes first though. Bottom line though .. great fuggin progress from last week and you are right on top of this. Keep driving.

I have to agree and couldn't have said it better.

Not sure what was going on today but everything just fell into place. Felt strong and very focused. Of course it always helps when you notice other people at the gym watching you. I had crazy veins running across my shoulders and down my arms today :D
Feeling good so far. Starting to harden up, muscle bellies seem fuller/harder. Looking in the mirror my chest looks flexed all the time. Going great!!

Going into work for a few hours and then will try to get in some cardio this evening.

Yes it is. I used to train with a buddy and it was hard to get in the zone sometimes. Now I put my headphones on and just go into my own little world haha.

I love training alone. But, working out with someone has its benefits as well.. Forced reps, statics and hell just having a spot is nice!

I agree. I like a partner for those reasons but I prefer training alone because no one can hang after a few weeks and I become dependent on them and it goes to hell. Now if I see a friend in the gym I say hello toss the ear buds in and go to town.
 
I have a training partner. We've been training together for about 9 years. It'd be weird not having someone to help load weights and give a good spot. I think my workouts would take longer and be less fruitful without him. It's great having no fear of failure!
 
I agree with everyone, I don't mind having a training partner and used to. But it got to where he would text me as soon as we were supposed to meet saying he'd be 20 mins late, or call 10 mins before wanting to switch times. I finally said the hell with it, if I have 3 kids and a wife, and can be on time everytime, I am not dealing with switching around what time we are going to train every other day... now it is just me and my music :smoker:
 
Tried to do some cardio tonight. Incline, jog, sprints, they all killed my shins. My legs are still sore from my workout yesterday, and doing the stairclimber this morning done them in I think haha. Going to try some complexes in the morning I think.

I ordered a hoodie, then got an email today saying they were out and my money would be refunded :(

I did end up ordering a BPS zip up hoodie. I may still get a Finaflex one if they come back in stock soon.
 
Great workout! I'm the opposite though- I don't want to know people are watching! Lol I pretend I am the only one there! Sucks about the hoodie! That would've looked good on you!!

I'v been running a very low dose tren, 50mg e3d. Bumping it to eod starting today actually ;)

I've actually got a monsta shirt which is pretty cool. Hadn't thought about checking outta their hoodies.
 
Left my sheet at home that had my complex routine on it!! I ended up doing 24 mins on the treadmill. 5 incline, 3 speed. My shins went numb after about 15 mins so I just kept pushing. I need to give them a break but don't want to quit cardio. I'll try just the stepper tonight and see if it helps...

Yah I used to have this one girl who used to like to watch me do pullups ... I liked it, she was a nice looking girl...

Use the recumbent bike. You can do HiiT on it and save your shins. And LiiS is a breeze on it.

Tried to practice some posing after my workout but pushed pretty hard and couldn't hold my poses for very long haha. Will do some more tonight. Also I haven't made up my mind what type of music I want to do my routine to, so my brother is mixing up kind of a instrumental hip-hop mix to possibly use. Not set on it yet, but he said he will make a few and we can tweak them to make them work..

Nice work bro. Try something next week and work chest top to bottom. Do all Incline stuff first then go to flat and then decline. This will get u the most out of the session. Blood flow purposes.
