Hey guys, simple question. I am looking for a new zip up hooded jacket. I like the looks of the finaflex hoodie, but it is not zip up. Now if a rep wanted to send me one I would gladly wear it at the gym to promote themI am actually looking into getting a BPS hooded jacket. I don't like the draw strings on them, but I usually just pull them out of my hoodies anyway haha. I bought a jacket from another forum LO, and didn't like the zipper on it, it was kinda big and gauky (sp). Any suggestions? And do they make them specifically for BB'ers? You know to fit better? bigger on top, smaller waist, etc?

I actually have the FINAFLEX hoodie.. So you both know it is not your typical 'heavy' hoodie material, but a tshirt material. That said, it is a more 'muscle fit' and pretty damn sharp!

Going out of town this morning, but will get in my workout later this afternoon.
For now I think so. I mix it up a lot to keep from getting bored. Some days its straight HIIT. Ohers just a jog. I'm doing cardio twice a day right now too, so that helps. As I get closer I'll increase the intensity. Like today I did level 5 and 10 on the stair climber going 35 floors in 10 min. I'll increase that eventually to 45-50 and so on.Do you find 10 minutes of liss is long enough? I like the hiit and liss mix.
I am looking at your pics and I wouldn't think you had another 25 to 30, not that numbers matter that much just condition till you get as leans as possible and forget about weight. Eat to maintain as much mass as you can while you get shredded. Conditioning comes first though. Bottom line though .. great fuggin progress from last week and you are right on top of this. Keep driving.

Yes it is. I used to train with a buddy and it was hard to get in the zone sometimes. Now I put my headphones on and just go into my own little world haha.
I agree. I like a partner for those reasons but I prefer training alone because no one can hang after a few weeks and I become dependent on them and it goes to hell. Now if I see a friend in the gym I say hello toss the ear buds in and go to town.I love training alone. But, working out with someone has its benefits as well.. Forced reps, statics and hell just having a spot is nice!

Use the recumbent bike. You can do HiiT on it and save your shins. And LiiS is a breeze on it.Left my sheet at home that had my complex routine on it!! I ended up doing 24 mins on the treadmill. 5 incline, 3 speed. My shins went numb after about 15 mins so I just kept pushing. I need to give them a break but don't want to quit cardio. I'll try just the stepper tonight and see if it helps...

Not sure what was going on today but everything just fell into place. Felt strong and very focused. Of course it always helps when you notice other people at the gym watching you. I had crazy veins running across my shoulders and down my arms today
Feeling good so far. Starting to harden up, muscle bellies seem fuller/harder. Looking in the mirror my chest looks flexed all the time. Going great!!
