Its bad Kate. I was depleted anyway because today was my 2nd low carb day, an tonight, I can't hardly walk!
Thanks everyone. Right now I have broke my fever and am just pretty week. Although I have only been up a half an hour we will see how I feel today. I ran out of gatorade so I am sipping on some aminos and eating a piece of wheat toast with honey butter. I felt like I needed to eat something but wanted to keep it very light this morning.
My middle son got it too! He was up all night throwing up. This is some wicked stuff I am telling you!!

No fever, but not much energy either. Drank some aminos then had egg whites and coffee. Gunna take it easy again today. Possibly do some liis cardio and hit the tanning beds. Maybe the low intensity cardio will keep the fat burning going. I'm down almost 6lbs!! Granted most is probably water. I do look a lot leaner though.![]()
Getting bored with my routine and now with carb cycling I really need a routine I enjoy and will stick with so i am switching up and doing a variation of Rambod's FST-7. All I really changed was the muscle groups and the days they get hit.
•Day 1 – Calves and Quads
•Day 2 – Chest, abs
•Day 3 – Back
•Day 4 – OFF
•Day 5 – Calves and Hams
•Day 6 – Shoulders, bis, and tris
•Day 7 – OFF
If time allows i will do bis with back so my Saturdays won't be so long of a routine. Also with my carb cycling I am going no carbs on weekends and will be carbing back up with a high carb day on Monday (which is not really high carbs haha)
Monday will be somewhat of a refeed, but all good carbs. Starting 45-60mins cardio split into two sessions a day.

Liking the new set up. Before Meadows, I used FST-7 alot. And 2 a day cardio sessions! gotta like that.
I don't think we like them lol. Just have to do them. I'm at 1hr and 45 min of cardio a day right now. It sucks but we just suck it up and push through it.

Yea alot of people I know are prepping for stingrey which is like 2 weeks after mine but it's in hawaii.... talk bout an expensive show.
That's crazy!! The show I am doing is about 4 hours from here. There is another one in Kansas City about 3 months later, which is only an hour and a half from here, but I think I will pass on that one. Give my self some time to grow in between.

This. You've got the muscle mass, just stripping off the little fat you have slowly and retaining that mass is the fine tuning!
I may come up to the show and watch. I'm bowing out of this one. The Kansas City show is looking better to me.

So I have to watch how I do my carbs I guess. This is twice now, I will go no carb all day and do fine. But then hit them heavy post workout, and 1-2 hours later bam, I am shakey and a little nausous?? Is it from spiking my insulin and then it dropping quick? I had about 120g carbs, all fast carbs, sugars and white potato. Ugh!! I hate this feeling!!

Mix you're carbs. I'd do 1/2c white, 1/2v brown rice post workout.
I don't bother with brown anymore honestly. Do you use any intraworkout carbs?
