Jay "Cuts" on BB.com

i want to point something out... im not really a jay fan. i personaly think he should watch his back this year for the O but i know this from personal expierence. ive met and even lifted with some pros and jay cutler is by far the most loyal and honest person to his fans! the man needs to make a living so he signed a contract that says he does advertisments but what your not talking about is how after his shows when hes " off the clock"... finish with the shows and done for the night, he stays with the crowd signging hundreds of autographs. the man has not forgot his fans as many do! ive meet him several times and i promise you that if you ever get the chacne to meet him you will know what im talking about

Dude, if you watch almost any professional bb training video, you will see the most hideous forms out there. When you do as much gear as these guys, form is not of the highest importance ;)

I was just thinking the same thing, its ridiculous. I have to use perfect for any back workout I do or it becomes a bicep workout, and here we got MR olympia rowing a boat during his seat cables. I dont even know why they would even call what he was doing tbars rows, looked like a new form of curl.

Or maybe good form is blown out of proportion. That'd be my guess, otherwise the freak with the best form would be the winner of the Mr. O.

As your back grows that'll change. At least that was my experience.

My back/chest stays really thick all the time. Even when I don't train for extended periods of time (like 4+ months") my chest/back don't get much below 50" at 5'10". Now, at any speed, back is back and bis are bis.

I still maintain that super-good form is totally ridiculous and unnecessary. Controlled and machine-like are two totally different things. Controlled is enough; if you can feel the movement top to bottom, you're doing okay.

This is true. I met him at last year's O and at the victory gala, he stopped and took pictures and signed autographs with everyone before he even sat down to eat. And this is first thing after winning the OLYMPIA at a BUFFET.

I think perfect form is blown out of proportion as well. there's one thing to consider when you're talking about how much you can lift vs. what gets you bigger.

no, no tayna harding in bodybuilding.

damn howz about that freakin steffi graff or whatever that tennis player was getting stabbed in the back, that was nuts!
