That should do it ;)

5 40 yard sprints with my brother and them some jogging

Also worked abs for 10 mins

Weight update afterlast week-184.5 lbs(same weight)
Waist-30.55" lost .2 inches

Dissapointed that I didn't lose any weight but I was pretty non active this past week when I wasn't lifting or doing cardio. Anyway I just started working full-time manual labor now so i'm gonna cut cardio out all together as I will prob burn 500-700 extra cals a day doing this. Also, I'm lowering calories to 2000 from 2300. Hopefully this will allow me to lose 2 lbs a week. At this point it's go hard or go home!

Did a shoulder/back workout as I was destroyed from shoveling and moving huge boulders all day.

Smith machine shoulder press-barx15,30x10,50x10,75x10,110x6
DB Side lateral-10x15,20x12,30x10,40x6
DB front raise-10x12,20x12,30x10
Reverse grip row-150x15
Pull-ups-10,10 reps with 15 lbs added(+5 lbs)

I dont know that I would cut out the cardio all together, but maybe cut back if you need to. It will only help you cut those lbs in these last weeks

thats rough stuff man labor then killing **** in the gym too.

Its actually not as bad as it sounds. I do it every day. Ive been doing manual labor in a plant for years. Workout then go to work and sweat and keep the heart rate up all day there too. You get used to it

Had a good amount of carbs before my workout and had a great workout. My new goal is to get to 200 or more pounds at the end of this contest while being leaner then when I started. Wish me luck!

If you can successfully hit 200 at a lower bodyfat then that would be an awesome transformation! :firedevil:

What weight are you at now?

Yea it would be sweet! I'm up to 192 in the morning.. I was 187.5 lbs carb depleted 5 days ago.

Nice! Keep pushing bro, and you'll get it....it will be pretty difficult by by the deadline but its certainly possible and you've had good success so far...so KILL THAT SH1T!! :firedevil:

Where's the shrugs and upright rows at? I would do a little less volume on Delts and more on traps IMO. solid numbers on shoulder press though! :bigok:

I'm doing shrugs with back today. I always felt like upright rows were a bad exercise a focus on a lot of muscle but not much stress plus horrible for my joints! I kinda agree with your suggestion to do more traps, they are growing just from being "on" though.

DB shrugs are not quite as bad IMO. They are a more natural movement and you can get a greater ROM than using BB in my opinion. I still do both with mostly BB on heavy days and DB on lighter days...;)

Yea DB shrugs feel a lot better. I only have light DB's though. Trap-bar shrugs are really good also!
