Watched a video where he stated he doesn't count reps/sets...

What did you do for biceps?

Training till failure ever lift, every workout can and will take a toll... However, IMO you stimulate over all growth much faster that way compared to stopping at a number.

Just goes straight TUT? What second range?

While obviously what he is doing is working for him i think a combination of styles will truly lead to far greater hypertrophy.

it's an interesting philosophy....i think his rep range is too small...but bodybuilders usually dont' do full reps all that often anyway

a buddy of mine at the gym starting following huh's style of training and claims he likes it

i used it on legs and thoughly enjoyed it, will be using it more often

I'll have to look into it. We've been doing 3/4 sqauts and I love them. What I mean by 3/4 is going to parallel and then coming 3/4 of the way up and then back down so you have constant tension on your quads. No stopping at the top and locking out.

i've done this too...it hurts soo good...really makes you control the movement imo...i was going 3/4 of the way up and almost having to catch myself which was causing myself to bounce a bit....but once i got the hang of it, it's killer

It'll deffinately make it burn. We've been doing >35 sec rests and it's crazy!! Getting some growth though :-)jdg76Team APPNUT
