Today I had an awesome chest and back workout! Forgot my log book unfortunately so cant tell you exact weights and workouts. I also did a half hour of cardio on the elliptical on the cross trainer setting. Now getting ready to go eat some stuffed peppers! MMMM![]()

Decided to change up my workout a bit today. Did my arms but went lower weight higher reps. Overall good workout with 25 minutes of hill training on the elliptical. Weighed in today at 193 still, cant seem to break that point, gonna up my cardio see if I can bust through it! Todays food intake:

Alright, sorry these last few days have been completly hectoc to sa the least! Been still doing extremely well! Friday I had a good leg and shoulder workout followed by 25 minutes on the elliptical. I also weighed in at 192 on friday! Thats 13lbs during this cycle! Took saturday off. Sunday went and did a chest and back workout followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical and ran 1 mile. Today did a light weight high rep arm workout followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical. Food intake has still been meeting everyone's standards but with everything that ive had going on really havent had a chance to track everything.

My usual strategy to get passed a weight loss plateau is some version of carb cycling. Just throwing options out there.
