Sorry I havent been on here guys, my work schedule for this week got changed. I took yesterday off, leaving for the gym right now ill post everything once I get back!
 
Workout 4/26

Had another good arm workout today, dont really like this schedule im on for this week cause I have to workout after work, but by that time im usually tired and dont want to go haha! Oh well its only a week. Havent been able to calculate my food intake this week due to the training im in and my diet has been screwy due to it. Im still eating healthy but not able to bring my own food. Had another good cardio session today, did 25 minutes on the elliptical with cross training.
 
I hate how im drained after work and have barely anything left in the tank. Once I get in the gym though and get the blood moving im usually good to go. Props to you for mustering the effort and busting it out.
 
Yeah. That's a bitch... 24hour gyms rock. Nothing beats a midnight workout in my eyes.

Im a bit of a night owl myself and used to work in bars, so hitting the gym in the middle of the night was great at times.
 
Sorry I havent been on here guys, promise everything will go back to normal next week. Yesterday had a good chest and back workout with 25 minutes of cardio and today was legs with 20 minutes of cardio. No additional weight loss since I last reported at 12 lbs of loss. Due to my schedule I havent been able to get in 5-6 meals a day this week but what I have ate has been clean.
 
Ahh I was hitting the gym around midnight but to fix my sleep schedule I've just started going in the mornings... Hate it tbh i have no energy then.
 
Alright guys im back! Sorry its been awhile, I started feeling tired and ran down so decided to take the weekend off, but friday I did some cardio and a leg workout. Today I did a arm workout and then 20 minutes of cardio. Im still sitting around the 12 lb weight loss with the usual 2-3 lb fluctuation.
 
Gotta get your rest in, even with "assistance". You listen to your body so that is to your advantage imo.
 
Nice log, thinking about giving this or the LG Trifecta stack a shot. Still need to do some research, but this thread definitely helps.

Honestly I dont know much about the trifecta by LG so wont be able to help you there man, sorry. Although if you have any questions about these products please feel free to ask, and im glad to hear im helping you in your decision!
 
Today I had an awesome chest and back workout! Forgot my log book unfortunately so cant tell you exact weights and workouts. I also did a half hour of cardio on the elliptical on the cross trainer setting. Now getting ready to go eat some stuffed peppers! MMMM :)

Ah chest and back workout routines always remind me of the great one, Arnold himself. I dig it japohl. I take it those are green or red peppers, full of vitamin c and anti-oxidants, great choice.
 
Had an awesome leg workout today! Energy was through the roof for some reason this morning, but used it all up during my workout haha. Did a 20 min cardio session after on the elliptical afterwards. Todays food breakdown:

Cals - 2103
Carbs - 107
Pro - 212
 
Decided to change up my workout a bit today. Did my arms but went lower weight higher reps. Overall good workout with 25 minutes of hill training on the elliptical. Weighed in today at 193 still, cant seem to break that point, gonna up my cardio see if I can bust through it! Todays food intake:

Cals - 2100
Carb - 92
Pro - 194

No noticeable changes with the different breakdown in dosing? Maybe switching back would help?

My usual strategy to get passed a weight loss plateau is some version of carb cycling. Just throwing options out there.

Alright, sorry these last few days have been completly hectoc to sa the least! Been still doing extremely well! Friday I had a good leg and shoulder workout followed by 25 minutes on the elliptical. I also weighed in at 192 on friday! Thats 13lbs during this cycle! Took saturday off. Sunday went and did a chest and back workout followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical and ran 1 mile. Today did a light weight high rep arm workout followed by 30 minutes on the elliptical. Food intake has still been meeting everyone's standards but with everything that ive had going on really havent had a chance to track everything.

The 26th is my last day, not looking forward to it though! Wish I could just continue running it! LOL

I'm hearing this from everyone using an AndroSeries products, seems we have some potential here for long cycles.

Haha still dont have "abs" lol! No no noticable difference once I changes the dosing but when you already dont feel any different hard to tell. Ive been doing a carb cycle this entire run, with sunday as my refeed, has worked wonders! Thanks for the advice though

Today I I did another light weight high rep chest and back workout. I can tell that my muscle endurance is definitely up! I skipped out on cardio today, my legs were still feeling like jello from yesterday. Food intake today -

Cals - 2153
Carb - 96
Pro - 209
 
Had a awesome workout today! Once again did a light weigth high rep workout on my arms followed by 15 minutes of cardio (woke up late, so was running a bit behind). Overall feeling while on this stack has been great to say the least, and still no side effects other then the thermogenic feeling during my workout!!! Weighed in at 192 again this morning.

Ever feel like getting to the gym late with less time then you wanted gives you the right to beat yourself even harder? ... i do...

Probably not the best thing for me to talk to a psephologist about... haha

So I'm guessing so close to the end we're just gonna have to wait for the pictures huh? haha. That's ok. I've waited this long I guess I can wait 13 more days. But I don't wanna!!!
