IMO. Sleep is super important while trying to lose fat. ... Or gain muscle.
If sleep continues to be an issue I would strongly recommend melitonin or powerfull.

Well did some more abs again today then 35 minutes of cardio, mixed between the bike and elliptical. Still feeling really good have absolutely no complaints! So far I can safely say that these are the easiest PH's ive ever ran, no sides at all! Not sure what my food intake today is going to be going to another baseball game, not to sure what ill shovel down. Wont be to bad though I promise LOL

Since I havent been posting my daily foods ive been eating figured id lay it out and see if any of you have some more ideas or think i should cut anything out.
Chicken Breasts plain
Canned chicken in light bbq sauce
veggies (broccoli, spinach, celery, carrots, and asparagus mostly)
Red Meats (Lean burger no bun, steaks)
Fruits (strawberries, cantalope, pineapple, blackberries, and blueberries)
Eggs both whole and whites
All natural peanut butter
Almonds

Replace the PB with almond butter, but, other than that, looks damn good to me. When you refeed, use sweet or red potatoes as your carb source.
It's not 100% true, but increased anabolism usually means an increased appetite.
Alright will switch to the almond butter thanks for the tip! Ya my carb up days are sweet potatoes and whole wheat pasta pretty much. Sometimes whole wheat bread for a sandwich but think ive only had one since starting this log. BTW does the either the AndroLean or Andro Hard stimulate appetite? Seems like I can never eat enough even when im full I feel hungry!
Well weighed myself again today, and lost another 2 lbs!!! Im down to 195, thats 10 lbs since ive started! Todays workout was just cardio. Did 30 min cross training on the elliptical then ran a mile at 7.0 and walked for a cool down for a total of 45 minutes. Still packing my food for the day so ill have to post that later.

Question for you guys, im currently dosing my AndroSeries 3 pills every six hours. Im considering changing it to 2 every six hours because of how my day is. My first dosing is usually around 7:30 am then at 1:30 but I work untill 10:00 pm. So im thinking of going: 7:30, 1:30, 7:30. Want to do this so I have it in my system throughout my entire day. What do you guys think?

It will have a different effect on blood levels, how I'm really not sure. Will it be bad...no...better...for your situation possibly.

Sorry for the delayed post. Went to the gym and did a light weight high rep arm workout this morning with 25 min elliptical cross training session. Today is also day 1 dosing my Andro 2 pills 3 times a day. Not feeling any different. food intake today is:
Cals - 2080
Carbs - 111
Protein - 213

Sorry have today off and went golfing Just got home. Did 25 min cross training on the elliptical then ran a mile at speed 7. Best part......... another 2 lbs lost! 193 this morning!!! Thats 12 lbs in less then a month, next weekend will be exactly one month on the AndroSeries.
Oh its all good bud just wondering how the new dosing is going, and 12 pounds in less than a month is ridiculous!
