It's coming along okay - a bit of physio, daily icing/stretching it. Also, I have not done arm workouts since so no direct aggrevation.

I have continued with my leg/shoulder and back/chest day - have modified some knee wraps with velcro and strap up the wrist and forearm - it helps. Upright rows still sting a bit, but as long as Im rehabbing it's okay.

Actually getting some good numbers in squat and bench atm - so pretty stoked with that.

Might do some light arm work this weekend - fool around with a few options and see what's going to work. I know hammer curls aren't so bad, but I think straight bar work is going to be out.
