Its Time......

Hey guys/gals

Well after careful planning for the past few months i am finally ready to come to the dark side. I have posted my game plan here before the summer i think but made some changes and did some more absortption of knowledge and im finally ready. Well thanks to all of you that have helped me and give me some tips ect.

Im 24 y/o 6'1 about 225 lbs. body fat 18% been lifting for about 5/6 years. Have become serious over past 2 years or so.

Goals are to obtain and keep as much lean muscle mass as i can also to keep this cycle lean and dry as much as possible. 8-[

This is my first cycle done a few pro' H in the past but nothing planned out like this. i will post up a excel spreadsheet of my break down...but anyways.

I plan on doing 500mgs of test E for 10 weeks along with 1mg of L-dex EOD. I have nolva on hand during cycle and will also use it for PCT 40/40/20/20 along with Rebound XT and Tribulus/CEE taken everyday

As far as training goes:I think im going to do a 3 day split 6-8 reps

Day 1:Legs
Day 2: Cardio (spinning-running)
Day 3: Rest
Day 4: Back/Bi
Day 5:Cardio (spinning-running)
Day 6: Chest/Tri
Day 7: Rest

Food: Going to try and hit 6-7 meals a day.
Meal 1: Oats/Eggs/Shake
Meal 2: Tuna with some crackers and some carrots/fruit
Meal 3: Chicken breast with some rice
Meal 4: Chicken breast and some veggies
Meal 5: Dinner(usually beef/chick/red meat, salad, veggies)
Meal 6: post w/o Tuna and PB
Meal 7: Shake and cottage cheese (before bed)
Obviously im not going to hit this every day the same but this is basic outline of what i will try and eat. Im good at getting 8-9 hrs a sleep a night.

Take a look and let me know what you guys think-hopefully you guys think im ready. anyways im going to post a diary too-i sit in front of a computer all day so shouldnt have trouble updating it. Will get some pics too-if my g/f will take them-or else im doing a self portrait.

I got the word spreadsheets to load but i had to downsize them so they look crammed but you should get the right idea.

I wouldnt worry about taking Dex till week three... and knock it down to .5mgs each dose... feel it out.

yea, adex at 1mg is overkill bro, and that way you won't even need nolva... run it at 0.25mg ED ONLY if bloating too much, which can be easily avoidable on 250mg test, just run nolva throughout the cycle to prevent gyno....
 
try it out but i think you are gonna want to run closer to 750mg test to get a good effect. i went all the way up to 1400mg my first cycle....i'm pretty big though, but so are you.
 
yea i already got my stuff and all and its gonna be a bitch to get more test plus from what i have read im just going to stick to 500mgs a week. but thanks for the imput. and ill taper down the l-dex till week 3 and i got the nolva on hand for gyno. my main problem or worry with that is i hope i know when it appears i dont want to be jumping the gun or missing it if it does appear.
