ugh I don't get it. My OHP is creeping closer to my bench like weekly. Seems like no matter what I've tried my bench is the snail of my progress.
Now my nemesis right now is my Squat. I'm switching to a 4x week transitional DUP block to try to get more volume and frequency, in the hopes it will help.
How many times a week do you Bench?
