Right arm - 14 inches
Left arm -14.15 inches
Chest (around nipple) - 38 inches
Chest (upper chest) -42 inches
legs - 20 inches
waist -30 inches
penis (wait i dont think i was supposed to measure that part ) if ur wondering its the same size as my left arm tho ; )

I don't really go to heavy on legs i have a bad knee so when it feels good to go i push it .. when I'm not feeling so great i hit em alil lighter but its still an intense workout !

Tuesday – Legs
Leg press – 2 plates 20 reps, 3plates 12 reps, 4 plates 8 reps, 5 plates 6 reps
Hack Squat –1 plate 12 reps, 2 plates 8 reps, 2 and a quarter 6 reps
Leg extentions-50 12 reps,70 10 reps ,80 8 reps
Squats – 95 12 reps, 105 10 reps, 135 8 reps, 155 6 reps
Hamstring Curl - 30 12 reps, 45 10 reps, 60 8 reps

well im gonna mess with the dosing tonight and take my last 2 caps at 12 with my shake and go to bed by 1 .. see if i get that deep sleep effect

Pretty Good! Today Was A Struggle, U Know, It Was One Of Those Today's. Also I Just Recently Put A 1,200sq Ft Gym In My House, So Its Takin Me A Bit To Ajust From The Local Gym.

oh ya thats how my old house was. 3 stories excluding basement. I thought you meant a 1500 sq ft add on. i was like WTF haha

This what i have:Smith machine, power cage,mult angle bench db 10-150lbs, fixed barbells 40-130lbs, cable system(crossovers),leg press,incline lever row, seated row, ab bench, seated calf, bi/tri machine, leg ext/curl machine, 10 plates in 100lbs, then an extra 1,000 in 45's, 35's and so one, preacher curl bench, and lastly an elliptical. 80% of the the brand of equipment is Tuff Stuff and all the barbells, DB, and plates are Troy.

I have a camera but do not know how to upload pics onto the computer, but if i can get on the computer, then i should be able to upload on AM.
 
that sounds sickkkkkkk ! better then my gym l0l ... well u need to get a usb cord or the memory might be able to go right in the computer its real easy bro .. i needa see this !
 
Why not just take the memory card out, take it to one of those Kodak photo machines, and put all the photos onto a CD, nice and easy.

wait wait wait. You have a 1500 sq ft house and a 1200sq ft gym? So you live in 300 sq ft? That would mean you eat, **** and cook all in the same room :P

i took it last night at like 11 or 11 30 b4 i went to sleep which was like 12 15 and i def felt a deeper more alert sleep .. i feel this way because i had class in the morning and i woke up like 5 mins b4 my alarm even went off like i knew i had to wake up ..

i def have to try taking this with something fatty .. so far i have taken it with foods mostly consisting of protein and simple carbs ..

and i have taken it both on an empty stomach and mid meal like usp directed ..

def mid meal or towards the end ...

i took it on an empty stomach like 15 mins b4 i eat every time and once with no food at all (not a good idea ) u burp up this terrible taste in the back of your mouth in till you eat

How did you find your tracking number?

Someone else on here (u?) said that once in the UK deliveries are done by Parcelforce, so i just loaded up thae parcelforce page and typed in the USPS tracking number.

edit: There was a link on my confirmation email from USPLabs to the USPS tracking page. I used this till it left the US then (as it hadnt updated for a while tried Parcelforce's website) From here i just copy + pasted the USPS tracking number.

Just to note, i'll be getting mine today. As of 6am its now "out for delivery" !!!

Lat pulldown – 100 15 reps 130 10 reps 170 7 reps 180 5 reps

Standing rows with barbell – 85 12 reps, 135 8 reps,145 6 reps 145 6reps

Black hammer strength (middleback) –went light on this get a good squeeze .. plates 15 reps,plates and a quarter 10 reps, 2plates 8 reps , 2 plates and a quarter 8 reps

Seated Rows – 90 15 reps and 140 10 reps

Deadlifts –135 10 reps, 135 10 reps, 185 6 reps

weighted chain ups - 5lb 5 reps,10lb 5 reps, 15 5 reps, 20 5 reps,25 5 reps

i figured id hit alil bi's also .. did reverse curls + regular curls superset 3 sets - 50 lbs 8 reps

No personal records today but felt good !
