Good to hear Force Of Green. I read your thread; stay strong brother!
Thanks stxnas! I've been trying to find some stimulating workouts and whatnot to keep me... 'stimulated'... haha. Sometimes working out loses it's kick every now and then. I posted a workout I just did now whereas I'll do 10 minutes of blazing cardio, followed by 3 sets of atleast 12 reps for the major bodyparts (chest/back/legs), whilst in between each bodypart doing 10 minutes of hard cardio.... hard to explain like that, but it looks like this:
10 minutes of fast cardio
(3) sets of dumbell chest press (1 minute rest in between sets)
10 minutes of fast cardio
(3) sets of bent over dumbell rows (1 min rest in between sets)
10 minutes of fast cardio
(3) sets of leg press (1 min rest in between sets)
10 minutes of fast cardio
(1) set of military press
(1) set of front raises)
(1) set of shrugs
10 minutes fast cardio
(1) set of biceps '21s'
(1) set of triceps kickbacks (dumbells)
10 minutes fast cardio
ABS
I find this type of training to be good for cutting up and gaining some endurance... I'd probably only do this Mondays and Fridays... and maybe some compound exercises on Wednesdays like clean and press, squats, curl and press, pull-overs... I dunno... I did the workout today with some pre-workout taurine and DL-Phenylalanine and 250mg tyrosine and felt decent. I hit that 'wall' whereas I felt like puking and calling it a workout, because I went at it pretty intensely, then I broke through and couldn't feel any pain whatsoever. I think it has to do with the D-Phenylalanine inhibiting the enkephalinase, and endorphinases enzymes...
I have a MST stack coming in the mail soon (Carnage, Cordygen 5, MVP-365, ZMK, Ragnarok, Somnidren GH), but I could use the aggression and drive that Stoked gives. I'm also impressed with Life Support and Cycle Support. I'm a very big fan of NAC and believe that everyone should be taking it if they want to stay out of the doctor's office.
