Does it look like I have gyno in the most muscular pose? The nips always look puffier when im on, no bumps or sensitivity just looks funny to me

Haha thanks man. Arms have always been a strong point of mine. Bustin' my ass in the gym and at the table so hopefully its paying off! Its hard to see it on yourself. You look pretty stacked in your avatar too

Just jumped in and read through your log. Noticed you were concerned about your weight not being where you want. But in all honesty, you look like you put on 25-30 pounds. You after pics look massive. The difference is very noticeable. Nice work.

Thanks man! Yeah I guess it matters how I look not weigh. Still 7 more weeks to go!

Sorry didnt post much this week
Hit legs today, took Tuesday off, Monday back and sunday was chest.

Tomorrow I will be hitting shoulders. Overall feeling pretty good. Knee seems to be doing good it didnt bother me at all during leg day, rotator cuff healed up. Now just waiting for my clavicle to heal but its definetly feeling better the past 2 chest days, just a little tight no pain though.
 
Alright guys. So I am about to start week 9. I am debating on keeping bulking all 16 weeks, or to cut calories a little at 12 and throwing in something like masteron (or anything you guys recommend. Any thoughts or opinions?
 
How was the bloat on drol?
 
can't find it in your log, but did you bump your dose up to 100mg at any point?

I hear masteron is only really worth running if your quite lean already why not throw in some winstrol to finish off? It's quite a popular cutter / finisher. If you do want to run masteron you'll probably have to run prop so you can get stable blood levels quicker due to the four weeks you'll be running it.

Winny is good even at higher bf? 14-15%? i can get it ill have research dosages and how often to inject

I haven't heard anything about having to be lower in bf to benefit from using winny. 50mg a day for injectable stuff or 100mg EOD. Apparently your can ingest the injectable stuff too with not too much difference and IMO I'd rather do that than pin myself daily. I have heard that if take orally you should split the dosages as itdoes affect the half life.
 
Lifting has been going great the past couple weeks. My injuries are healing up finally. Hit chest yeaterday. Hammerstrength incline got up to 3.5 plates each side for 10 nice controlled reps. Hit some DB decline and flyes

Back tomorrow. Pretty pumped! Either this week or next week I decides to stick with only test and cut my calories back to about 3000 a day instead of 4000 to try and cut up a bit.

That's good to hear about your injuries bro. I've had a nagging injury this cycle as well.
It's my last pin tonight :( 2.5 weeks till pct.

Yeah the end is always a bit rough! I strained a facet joint ( stabilizer bone ) in my back around week 3-4. I couldn't squat heavy until around week 9-10 and stiff legged deads and standard deads are still out of the picture :( can go light on them but I still can't go heavy :(

Masterone needs to be run when you are already pretty lean.. 10-12% or lower. It needs to be run around 10-14 weeks most guys run it about 10ish. Try running some winny or anavar instead. They are used for a shorter amount of time and they work. You can even look at running epistane or katanadrol as well if you wanna go the PH route.

Oral and injectable winny have the same liver toxicity. I would stick to 50mg even for how long you want to run it. You can take the injectable stuff and put it in a shake. Your body processes it the same way

Decided to just keep test only and cut my cals by 1000 (cutting carbs in half). I dont expect to be shredded but I just want to be closer to 10%

I've heard of a few people that do that to help solidify gains. Either just one injection a week or two smaller ones.

you can do that man. I would stay around 400mg tho. around 200-300 is normal test levels. Most guys cruise at 250mg EW and Blast at 500mg+ so 400 wouldnt be a problem as far as I can see. Like Luke said it will help solidify gains and help you not drop hard going into PCT. If I was going to do it I would do 1 400mg injection on a Saturday and keep hitting it every Saturday until 2 weeks out when I am ready to PCT.
 
Awesome thats the plan then. My next injection will be 500mgs cause I couldnt my last inject day or day after. But starting monday itll just be 400mgs once a week
 
So I put 500 mgs ( 2 ml) in my quad and it feels a lot tighter today than normal. Could it just be that its not used to the larger amount?

Not sure man. I'm not sure how enanthate gets released into the muscle but I know with prop you can get tightness / PIP from the prop ester crystalizing inside your muscle. Every pin was either sore or tight fir my Sus cycle.
