Hey i'm new and i'd like to know if i'm doing good on my lifting. Heres some info about me. I'm 18 years old, 5ft 10in tall, and weight 172. one rep maxes. been lifting for 2 years.
Bench: 250
Squat: 340
Deadlift: 320

I just want you to know that I am really proud of you. You're a good and strong young man. Believe in yourself and you can lift the world upon your shoulders and make it your own.
Great job Bench almost 150% of your body weight Squat 200% of your body weight and Dead almost 200% of your body weight.Youre stronger than 80% of the people you see everyday lb for lb.Keep it up.
mr. levi, you have some awesome jeans on ya. arnold can't touch the potential you have in those jeans but by gone it i think you got what it takes to make a real impact.
a HELL of lot better than any of my lifts at 18 .. and i'm sure better than those who are calling your lifts average when they were 18 (which believe me they are not .. i see people in the gym all the time .. those are well above average lifts)
keep going strong man .. eat and eat and eat and get big at your age it won't be too difficult
