you should be taking ~20-25 g for the first 5 days
after that drop it down to 5g a day
take 5g as soon as you wake up on off days, on workout days you should dose the storm asap after workout
you will undoubtedly get creatine in your diet without trying, but you shouldnt have to worry about that
agreedthey have found that the loading phase is completely unnecessary. what hes already taking in is adequate.
take it post with some fast carbs
then have your protein shake a bit later when you get home from the gym
just make sure you taking in enough water when dealing with creatine......
just take all of them together. Thats why most of you guys dont get big because you worry so much about petty things and this worrying causes more catabolism than anything
