Is there a special diet to use on Ph and PS's?

Is there some kind of special diet I should use on my Epistane cycle for leaning out? I thought a normal carb cycling diet would work but my friend told me I need to comsume more calories than I normaly do? I am going to run an 8 week cycle of Epistane and use about 3 different fatburners (not all at the same time) so should I just cycle carbs or am I missing something? thanks in advance :thumbsup:
 
nothing special dietary "type" (macros,etc) but in general more protein as well as more calories overall

8 wk cycle....how are you dosing? This a pulse?

I'm on epi now....eating ~300g carbs ED, protein ~ 250-300g ED, fat...~50-60g or so. I just started a few days ago, and no noticeable fat gain thus far. It's early tho. I do power-walking for 1hr. for 5days EW.

Good luck on your cycle I'm going to dose at 20/30/30/40 and continue 40mg's everyday till the end of my cycle its going to be a regular cycle. I think it is safe to just cut carbs out of my diet after 2 o'clock everyday and just bump up the amount of protien I eat. Thanks for the suggestions.

Not to throw a wrench in yer spokes here dood, but an 8 week, full-on EPI cycle? That seems too long IMO. That's a lot of additional liver stress and I'm quite certain the gains are not linear past 4 weeks, let alone 6 weeks.

If you haven't, I would seriously look into who else did an 8-weeker and how well they fared.
