I weighed in this morning at 189lbs. This is after about a month and a half of being back in the gym on a good diet. I started out at 204lbs so I have lost 15lbs of chub. I am 6'2" and am fairly lean except for a little gut and a small layer over my chest still. I would guess my bf% to be somewhere around 20 but that is a total guess. My question is this, should i continue to strip of the fat and then bulk or bulk now? Might sound stupid but is there a way to bulk without putting on much fat?
