Came across some EAS Premium Protein priced at $27.99 for a 6lb bag. Here are the details:
Now, I realize that the price looks good for the amount. But i've heard that the bioavailability of soy protein (even isolate) is terrible.... 130mg seems like a hell of a lot of sodium. And 70mg of cholesterol per serving is pretty damn high for a protein powder isn't it? Let me know what you guys think....
