Is taking too much DAA bad for you?

Say I take 3 or so grams of DAA at night before bed, can I still use Lit-up preworkout on training days? I'd be getting like 4.5 grams on the days i train and 3g on the days I don't.

Thats fine

I would not suggest taking DAA pre bed though but the overall amount is fine

It'll be fine, they have people who have talked about taking 5g - 6g a day and higher. I know generally it seems 3g is standard dose, but with so many supplements throwing in DAA into their product you are bound to go over a little here and there.

that's when I've taken it, usually.

formula x as I'm relaxing before sleep...the extra aminos don't hurt

I've always heard best to take first thing in the morning.

Timing is irrelevant. Cut your bulk dosage so that you get 3g every day.

The dose is from the studie, that's all.. If I remember correctly, there is no studie showing if a higher dosage would be better or not.. Likewise with a smaller dose..
