Is it humanly possible to bloat from CRE02?

Creatine kills me - mono is instant marshmellow even other forms get me pretty bad.

I am adding Anavar to my cutting cycle and know that creatine is synergistic with it. If I am going to be cutting down hard would I risk bloating from CRE02?

I would love to find a bloat free creatine

You shouldn't experience any bloating from Cre-02.

There are actually quite a few creatine products out there that do not cause bloating, including Cre-02, NeoVar Recomped, and Kre-Alkalyn.
 
I tried several types - all bloated me. I figure since the dose is so low it might not but when I am going to be so cut it is a risk.

I see.

Well, there is no reason why creatine use should be stopped when one is "cutting". If anything, it should help makes the muscles appear fuller, from the intracellular (you do NOT get EXTRAcellular water with creatine; if you do, then it's a diet issue) water.

The minute I touch most creatines (I literally mean within an hour) it looks like I have added 5 pounds of fat from the sub q water...

I havent ever been able to run creatine for more than a couple days

Some creatine products have high concentrations of sodium ions such that taken before workout will drawl water from active skeletal muscles into the stomach. Ionic sodium primarily resides in extracellular fluid which will cause a bloat-water retention.

Key word: "Some". Straight creatine [products] should NOT cause extracellular water. And I have seen few creatine products that include sodium in them. However, everyone reacts differently, I know.

Exactly - Is there any creatine that seems to be bloat proof?

Orotine has good reviews but it is hard as hell to mix and drink

For me, the 3 top creatine products that cause no "sides" such as that are:
* NeoVar Recomped
* Cre-02
* Kre-Alkalyn

Also, pills as opposed to powders I have found better (and more convenient).
 
I've tried em all but the only one that causes no bloating at all is CRE-02. I think it has got something to do with the enteric coating/time released delivery. It actually even leaned me out a bit, perhaps because of the ALA content, I dont know why and how. It also has somewhat less voluminizing properties as the others but strength gains are on par. I think the ones that gives you the most muscle volume increase also bloat you the most. Like monohydrate adds like 10 lbs to my weight, but also a lot of bloat, CRE-02 only adds like 4 lbs, but no trace of bloating.
 
You will experience no bloating whatsoever from cre-02, it is the best creatine product on the market, you will most likely feel a leaning out affect from it.
 
I was wondering if u guys could help me with creatine assumptions from my customers...all they say is "creatine is just water weight you lose everything when done"

Now I love creatine and just looking for some better tips to tell then what I'm using now lol

Bro read the research...

1. Stength
2. Protein / nitrogen retention (new study says it saves mass when not training)

There is a TOOOON more. I am not all with it right now but yes, what you get right away is water but there is so much more long term
 
I have tried everything, i think i must be like you bro, everything bloats me....except cre-02, so i would give that a go, i cant stand looking like a hamster everytime i try creatine, so i hear you, try the cre-02, you will be suprised.
 
Yea I've read plenty was just looking for some quick tips but just trying to convince people that its not just water weight sometimes gets hard..

That's interesting. I double-dose it on high calorie/carbohydrate days so that I DON'T get any bloating the next day (works for me).

Creatine is not just water weight. And you don't lose everything when you're done. Depending on the creatine, you may not gain any water weight at all. If you gain muscle mass, then there is no way that one should lose that weight if they stop using creatine (unless they start not eating enough or stop training). I recommend that you educate those customers on what creatine actually IS and DOES (there is so much information out there and studies done on it); ignorance can be very frustrating and annoying.

ATP production is another thing, leading to increase strength. The water weight isn't necessarily a bad thing either. While it can cause bloating, and the early weight gain noticed from creatine use is just "water weight", along with the water comes vitamins, nutrients, and minerals. All beneficial to your muscles of course. Like Rosie stated above, the long term affects are substantial and proven. Please serve these people up a healthy dose of education.
 
Neovar works great for alot of people but I get that sluggish feeling, but zero water retention, there is a stigma and ignorance I think when it comes to CM, I think if you train hard enough and remain hydrated it's fine for a majority of people ( especially ectos ) but I don't like the effects and I do hold water. Cre-02 IMO spanks any other creatine for pure ATP/endurance.
