That's the problem. When you add them all up, it can be significant. I've decided that if a company wants to use soy in their products to increase their profits, then I don't need to buy them....
Ya I know to only use whey and that's what I try to do but alot of them like muscle milk, syntha 6, lean body, etc Have soy at the very bottom of like 60 ingredients so I didn't see it. I have like 30 bars and drinks of those so I don't know if I should finish them of first or not.

i think if you ate all 30 of your products in one day and duplicated that for a month.. you might see a minor decrease in testosterone, if at all....and by minor i mean a few percent. You're likely to have your test drop more worrying about it.
