dude, L shirts are the only ones that fit lengthwise...i jsut deal with the arms...

try a extra medium.:whip: my polos fit fine around the waist but my chest, upper back and arms feel like they are choking!

when you play golf do you walk up to fat old guys and TELL them you are going to play though while gripping the $hit out of your club making all the vaines pop out????? if not, you should. scaring fat people is good times
 
The brand has a lot to do with it as well. I have a few abercrombie polos (size L) that are skin-f*cking tight on my upper body, but I have a few generic brand shirts (Size M) that fit perfectly.

yeah A&F is not going to happen for me anymore. i do still buy their jeans but now they are this strait leg nut hugger kick and my legs wont fit at all. :frustrate

XL in A&F = a M in most other shirts. my L A&F shirt would cut off blood to my arms in a few seconds. thats if i could even get it on.
 
ya they cater to skinny boys... although when you got some muscles they look pretty damn cool as long as your not losing feeling in your arms.

Ain't that the truth.

The sleeves constrict my biceps, and make my veins dialate due to lack of circulation. This is why I wear them out to the bars, so if someone tries to start **** with me, they'll see my giant throbbing arms and back down (which is good because I can't fight worth a lick!).

I'm not gaining much weight, if any....

I'm confused...

My mass gains weren't really that significant on Havoc either. Strength was through the roof though. I think you're just getting paranoid.

after all is said and done. i might be done with ph's other than SD, PP and MZOL all together...

Those are the three that i've used that i can attest to working perfectly.

dude i pimped PP like no tomorrow when it was first out, n i still would, BUT i saw almost the same gains on Epi and NO sides cept back pumps (mine sides with PP was oily skin, BAD acne, backpumps and slight thinning that all came right back....)

As for mass, not too much. Mass is a tricky one, that's why I take weekly measurements of myself as well. To be honest, if you're gaining 5lbs LBM in a 6 week cycle, that's A LOT! If I can gain 5-10lbs ANNUALLY, I'll be happy with myself. I don't consider myself a "hardgainer", I'm just realistic.
 
I'm not trying to a d!ck or anything...

But I like DSade and RPN...I like IBE and all of you guys too...theres no way you're gonna catch me talking badly about either. Or giving a biased opinion geared towards either...

Anabolic steroids increase the probability that excess food energy is stored as muscle tissue (as opposed to adipose tissue). Perhaps you should check your BF percentages bi-weekly. If it's going down, you're not eating enough.
