Things with the realtor didn't pan out yesterday. Gotta keep looking.

I have a wicked headache this morning and I think I might be coming down with a cold. I'm gonna pick up some vitamin C and EGCG on my lunch break.

Started with the PF last night...My current supplement dose looks like the following: (this is for today, a workout day. non-workout days are changed slightly)

1 AP, 500mg Glucosamine, 1gm FishOil, 1 Multi, 1 StimX, 1 Retain, 3gms BCAAs and 2gms CEE @ 6am

Meal 1 @ 615

1 PF @ 715

Meal 2 w/ 3gms BCAAs added to shake @ 830

Meal 3 w/ 1gm Fish Oil, 1 Retain @ 1115

1 AP @ 245

Meal 4 w/ 3gms BCAAs added to shake @ 3

2 PF @ 330

2.5gms CEE @ 4

Lift @ 4-5

2.5gms CEE @ 5

1 AP, 1gm Fish Oil, 500mgs Glucosamine, 1 Multi, 1 Retain @ 515

Meal 5 @ 530

Meal 6 @ 9

2.5gms of CEE, 3gms of BCAAs, 2 PF, 1 tbsp Metamucil, 60mgs Tamox @ 930

I am adding 45 minutes of cardio on off days. Early morning. Elipitical machine or Light Jog.

I am keep my diet where it is for now.

I most likely will be picking up another bottle of the new PF (I already have another AP), unless I can convince mullet to send me one down. But I haven't seen his hockey-loving a$$ in a while. So looks like another small NP order soon. I want the new StimX 2.0 and Mace is slacking big time. :twisted:


Here is my non-workout day:

1 AP, 500mg Glucosamine, 1gm FishOil, 1 Multi, 1 StimX, 1 Retain, 3gms BCAAs and 2gms CEE @ 730am

Meal 1 @ 745

1 PF @ 845

Meal 2 w/ 3gms BCAAs added to shake @ 10

1 AP @ 1145

Meal 3 w/ 1gm Fish Oil, 1 Retain @ 12

Meal 4 w/ 3gms BCAAs added to shake @ 3

2.5gms CEE @ 4

1 AP, 1gm Fish Oil, 500mgs Glucosamine, 1 Multi, 1 Retain @ 515

Meal 5 @ 530

Meal 6 @ 9

2.5gms of CEE, 3gms of BCAAs, 2 PF, 1 tbsp Metamucil, ??mgs Tamox @ 930



And incase I didn't mention it, I'm running tamox 60mgs for the first 3 days, then 40 for the rest of the week and the next week and then 20 until the bottle runs out (which will be about another week since I don't have a full bottle.)

You know, I'm not sure if what I have is pubescant gyno or just puffy nipples.

Either way, it did not help, nor aggrevate it.
 
nice dosing schedule and meals there PI... tell me though, how do you eat while on stim x???? i couldnt for shiiii it suppressed my appitite too damn much.
 
I only take one. I use it more for the stimulant effects than anything else.

It has never had any kind of effect on my appetite at all.

there is a pathmark right off the blue route and west chester pike. they are usually cheaper than the others. pm if you wanna find it.

and costco is the shizz!

puffy nips can be normal with any type of hormonal change but i think actually lumps are signs of some stage of gyno....do you have lumps? well thanks for the response

Puffy nipples that go away when they are erect. I think its just some water stored or a little fat. No actual lumps or discharge...ever. (knock on wood)

That's a hike to get to the market. I've been hitting up Superfresh. Genaurdi's with the savings card isn't horrible. I'm joining costco next week. Just dropped 3 bills at BJ's back in Jersey 2 weeks ago.

I might be moving from the area, kinda...out to Blue Bell.

There are three real gyms in Conshy...Golds, SuperFit and the Conshy Health and Fitness Club. I am at the latter. It's less than a year old, decent equipment, decent amount of eye candy, no real big lifters (maybe 2 or 3).
 
I've only used the IGF for 3 injects so far...


I did bang out 585lbs shrugs yesterday. the hardest part was picking the damn thing up. i "banged out" 6.

military db press 100 x 4 w/ a negative on the final rep.


I want to pin traps next week but not sure how that would work...it's either traps of forearms...which both would be scare because i cant see traps without a mirror and my forarms are kinda veiny.
 
I diet 41 out of 42 meals every week.

I need to kick my metabolism in it's ass every once in a while.

but i'm not too sure about the general's yet...hmmmm
 
PI, what do you think of the PF so far? I am using it in a Havoc PCT right now and it seems to make me lethargic as fvck (which i believe is a good sign its working). If I take 2 before bed I have a real hard time waking up in the morning.
 
Guess I've been inactive on this for a few days...where the hell are you guys. You should be picking up my slack!!

Well busy looking for a house, fixing the car, getting meals in, crazy women, horrible training sessions, and decent ones too...

I had a rellly bad training session on sunday. I got the gym like an hour before it closed. Tried to get Chest and tris in, but I was pushing it.

I did DB's instead of BB...

Flat was 90 x 12, 100 x 8, 6, 4 or something like that.
Incline was 85 x 12, 95 x 8, 6, 4 or something along those lines.

Fly were very heavy though. I only did Incline and Decline. Decline cable flys were 110 for my last set, and Incline were 80lbs DB's for the final set.

Triceps exercises were about the same. Pinned Triceps afterwards.

The reason for the piss poor workout was I ended up washing and waxing and then vacuuming my car after I got done fixing an oil leak in the morning.



Anyways, The New PowerFULL is doing it's job pretty well. I wake up every morning at full attention...ready to take on the world, so to speak.

AP is goign nicely too. I am debating on whether or not I should up the dose. Maybe Mullet or USP can chime in here, if you're reading along...

The synergy between IGF-1 and AP/PowerFULL seems great. Pumps in the gym and out are beyond expectations. Muscle seperation and fullness are perfect right now.

This might be one of the best shore season's yet!

Anyways, so I've met and spoken with one guy a few times. Last time he asked me about being looking bigger than the last time we met. So I say "gotta get ready for the beach..." Good laugh and all. This time the guy asks me if I compete. I'm like compete? compete in what? He says bodybuilding.

Definitely a nice compliment. Made my day.

another random story. there was this little kid lifting with his dad at the gym. maybe like 7th grade. He was staring at me the whole time, talking low to his dad whenever i looked over. He comes up to me as I'm walking out and says how long have you been lifting...."maybe 8 years"....he says wooow..."thanks"...

granted to say I walked out of the gym with a huge smile


Oh and pinned outer biceps...vascularity is going NUTS!

I definitely get dry mouth after pinning...and the AP is giving me awesome pumps and is most definitely giving me this vascularity.
 
Nice work. Looked at an older log of yours and your definitely making good progress (this is in no way a gay comment chad). I need to research IGF-1 a little more. Sounds interesting.
 
dammit, I didn't see Chad's vote for traps...

I did forearms and didn't even his a vein...SCORE!!!

BTW, I was trying to shrug 605 and the damn strap broke on me...
