Done fasted and finished in 35 minutes! Muscle endurance is insane right now. A lot dryer in the AM/empty stomach

Smith machine squat 4x 12, 4, 8, 10 1x back off set
Free motion squat machine 4x 12, 8, dropset , back off set
Lying leg curl 2x 8-12 1 x dropset
Leg press 1 rest pause set 10/8/4
Romanian dl 3x 10
Leg extension 3x 12 1 dropset
Seated calf raise 3x pyramid set 20/15/10
Ab crunch machine 3x failure

Daily arm training -
Cable free motion curl 2 sets
Vbar pressdown 1 dropset

Definitely loving this addition of 1-andro. It definitely adds to the physique. It’s a very dry compound but also provides a nice boost and fullness. Would be great and I’m considering running it for the next show. Libido seems to be up a bit. Also , definitely a strong nutrient partitioning effect . Noticing that I feel a bit lower blood sugar/hunger post application

Lil full body pump session today. Upped the 1-andro a bit and noticing changes. Oddly enough , I feel more energized since doing so. Usually gave me a lil lethargy. Still have quite a bottle left actually . Loving the product

Lil update after back and biceps as promised. TRULY loving this 1-andro and actually took a lil pin break. Life has been very stressful, so just been forgetting. After upping dose a bit I have noticed some lethargy, but that’s the only side. Loving the contractions, pump and hardness in the gym. FYI, transdermal dosed pre workout are a great way to feel their performance benefits. training fast, short rest periods and rest pause

Warm up 2 sets of amrap pullups
Row machine 3x 20, 15, 8
Pullover w/ cable 1 rest pause set
Lat Pulldown machine 2x 12, 10 1 failure set
Hammer strength mid row 1 warm up , 1 rest pause set 10/8/ dropped weight for 12-15
One arm lat pulldown 10/8/7 no rest in between each arm
Barbell row 3x 8,8, 6

Machine preacher curl 3x 12,12,dropset
DB incline curl 3x 10

Quad day and look what came in the mail ;). Some of the gel was leaking this time. Just from the cap, but I assume that’s normal?

Going to try splitting quads and hams
Horizontal leg press 3x 12
One legged leg extension 3x failure back to back
V Squat 1x 10 , 1 x 6, 1x 4, 1x 12
Leg press 3x 10,10,6
Smith machine squat 3x 10-15
Leg extension 1 warm up, 1 rest pause set 20/14/8

Calf machine 2 sets unilateral, 2 sets both legs

Daily arms
Incline curl 2x 15
Dip machine plate loaded 2x 8-10

Im surprised many finished their bottles so quickly. I still have nearly half the bottle of the first 1 andro sent.

And a quick note on dosing. My opinion is to dose this pre workout as I noticed a much better contraction and mind muscle connection when taken pre. Also, if you deal with bad lethargy, try your second closer to bed

Lethargy is real since upping the dose a bit lol , but loving everything else
I've had guys tell me they get wicked lathergic on it even with there trt and had to bump up there testosterone dose.

Sorry I missed the party, I just stopped in to screenshot your abs so I can Photoshop them on to my after pictures for my cutting log 😁

And how the hell did you get a video to post?

Yeah, not sure the mechanism really. It does feel like it has an anti aromatase action.

Still have quite a bit of the first bottle ! 😮 but , the effects are starting to stall a bit. May take a break and restart soon. Since I have a full new bottle , I could run it next time around and still have a little over a full to run. Loving it

Still have no clue how other loggers went through it so fast. I still have much left . Only using two dime size, possibly a bit more, pumps twice a day and not everyday. Noticing it with only this amount too

Ez bar cable front raise 3x 8-12
Ride the rack db later raise (dropsets) 4 sets
Db standing shoulder press 3x failure

One arm Tricep extension superset one arm cable bicep curl 2 sets
