I had a killer workout tonight. Hit up some hit cardio, arms and quick abs. My arms had a killer pump and felt like they were going to break out of my skin. I'll post a pic in a bit.

Thanks brother. Diet is spot on and my upper abs are finally coming in. I'm down to 214 even. I think I have about another 5-8lbs to go to be where I want. I'm liking the stack. I think it's definitely helping lean me up. I have right at 7 weeks to kill it. Come on abs.
 
Tonight Im going to do some Hit cardio and kill some abs. No lifting tonight as leg day is Saturday. Should be a killer lifting weekend.
 
Hit the gym tonight and did 4.5 miles of hit cardio. After cardio hit my abs with some heavy sets and called it a night. Leg day is tomorrow as well as cheat meal day. Going to carb up tomorrow and kill these legs.
 
Loving the updates and progress man! Your motivating me a ton. That's actually what I did is put in a high carb night lastnight and legs today. Also back to the grind and hiit cardio today. Keep up the hard amazing work man! Your results speak for themselves

Thanks brother. I'm starting to grow alittle tired of cutting, but with the support from you guys and seeing the progress keeps me motivated to finish this cut strong. I woke up this morning the leanest I have ever been. I'm 212lbs this morning and looking super lean. I'm very vascular and have some small veins coming in on my lower abs and mid section. Looks like I might end up around 205lbs or so. I'd say I'm at 12% or so bodyfat right now. I'm sure I was high 20% when I started my cut. I'm down 27lbs on this cut as of today. Going to carb load some more and hit legs later today. I'll try to post a progress pic either tonight or first thing in the am. Thanks for the support guys.

Made it to the gym tonight. Had a pretty good workout. Killed my legs and did a quick 15mins ab workout.

Tonight is cheat meal night so I'm enjoying a nice cold Michelob Ultra and a few slices of pizza. It definitely helps on my cut to carb load pretty heavy one day of the week. I usually carb load and cheat meal after leg day. I'm definitely leaning way up and my mid section is starting to look good. Looks like I should be really cut for Cancun in 7 weeks.
 
Today was rest day from the gym. I've been hitting it pretty hard and my legs are a tad sore from leg day and cardio the day before. As much as I need the day off, I'd rather be killing it in the gym. So next best thing, I've been doing some research on my first cycle for after cancun. Getting pretty close to nailing it down and once I do, I'll start to round it all up.

I'm going to take a few weeks off once I get back from cancun to get bloods done and body back to normal before I jump on the dark side. I'll be hitting the gym hard tomorrow and some more fasted cardio this week.
 
Hell yea, my first was 18 weeks test c 750mg with an SD kicker and epi the last 6 weeks
I know the test c doesn't kick in till around the 5th week so dbol should be a good front load. I might get some bloat with dbol but should go away after I drop it after the 4th week. I'll also have an AI on hand for gyno and if bloats to bad. Might run for over 14 weeks if everything goes smoothly.
 
Yea 600mg is plenty. Run the dbol 4-6 weeks to start and make sure you have some exemestane on hand.

Tonight is chest night in the gym. I'm going to go kill it and see if I can go up to a b cup. Im going to post some progress pics Thursday as it will be my 3 week mark on this stack.
 
Well made it to the gym tonight. Wife's shoulder has been sore for a few days , so decided to lay off chest tonight and give her shoulder another days rest. Decided to do some Hit cardio. I killed it tonight and got a tad over 5 miles in an hour. Not quite Beast73 status, but inching up there.
Honestly was the longest and best cardio session I've had on this cut. Stamina on the stack and since dropping weight is kicking ass for me. Going to hit a few days of fasted cardio this week as well. I'm definitely leaning up alot and mid section is starting to show. Pretty happy about that. Going to try chest again tomorrow. Time for a protien shake, shower and rub my miracle gro on.
 
Hit the gym tonight and had a killer workout. Hit chest hard. I felt strong tonight and good endurance. Did a mix of heavy sets and then lighter weight and high reps. Chest is on fire right now. I've been a animal in the gym and cranking up the intensity. New progress noodz will be up Friday morning on my 3 week mark. I think you guys will see some good progress.
 
Woke up this morning looking pretty lean. Last night was chest night in the gym. Tonight is one of my favorite nights in the gym. Back night. Load the bar up with some heavy ass plates for some rows and deadlifts. My back is starting to lean out and show some good definition. A tad over 6 weeks left to kill it on this cut. Here is a few pics of my back this morning. Am I making some progress?

Thanks brother. 6 weeks left till vacation. Try to finish this cut. Its getting alittle tougher to drop the fat the leaner Im getting. Im thinking about doing an all out cardio assault next week. I thought about just doing hit cardio for a solid week next week to see if I can get the scale moving back down. Im sitting at 212 and hope to be 211lbs by this weekend. I think I have right about 5-7lbs to go to be where my abs are highly visible. My top 4 are showing really well not flexed. Ill post undated noodz Friday morning.

Im going to be running low carb and carb cycling like I have been. Diet is super strict now and spot on. Im now 750 cal under maintenance. If you guys have any tips or ideas for shedding the last little bit help me out guys. Im getting pretty close to where I want to be. Thanks guys.

I had 515lbs on the bar and just finished another set when an older guy in the gym tapped me on the shoulder. I took my ear buds out and he said to me, your a big sob, how much do you bench. I said Im on cut right now so I usually work out with 225-250 and I havent tried to max out in along time. He said is that all, how much do you have on that bar. I told him I had 515lbs. He said damn good work and went on his way. lol Needless to say Im starting to draw more than a few stares in the gym here lately. Im going to try to post update pics tonight. Im liking where I am headed right now. Im way leaner and harder. Weight is 211lbs as of this morning. This Thursday I will finish my 4 weeks of the Iron Legions stack. Ive already have another 4 week Iron legions stack ready to go. Should be a fun 6 weeks till I head to Cancun.

Sorry I havent posted in a few days, Ive had a busy weekend. I didnt make it to the gym this weekend as I decided to rest a few days on this long cut. I still kept my diet right on track even with taking off. Tonight will be arms and abs. I have some updates pics of where Im at right now. Ive been on this stack for a tad over 3 weeks and I already have another 4 week run lined up. Top 4 abs are starting to show real well, bottom ones are slowly coming in. I think I have another 5-7 pounds to lose. Let me know what you guys think. Any estimates on body fat these days. I feel like Im getting pretty lean.

that's not much time. just stay on track and it will be what it is. sometimes that last 30% of belly fat can be the hardest to get rid of.

Sounds good. I'm ramping up the cardio and I'm 750 under maintenance right now. Weight this morning is 211 and I'm averaging a pound a week or so loss. I think I have another 5-7lbs tops to go.
