This is Bryce Holmes, a good friend of mine. I wanted to take the time to tell people in the bodybuilding community about him as you will be seeing quite a bit of him this year as he earns his pro card. Bryce has been training seriously for the past nine years.

Age: 29 Years Old

Height: 6 feet 2 inches

Weight: 320 pounds (off-season), 280 pounds (contest)

Competitions: 2002- Mr. Iowa (3rd Place)
2004 - NPC Midwest Regionals (1st Place, Novice Division)
2005 - NPC Caveman Classic (2nd, Open, Super Heavy Division)

Bryce will be competing at the NPC JR. Nationals in Chicago and the NPC Nationals in NewYork in 2006.

The pics below were one day before his Caveman Classic Show. He will be stepping on stage at the Jr. Nationals a full TWENTY POUNDS HEAVIER!

Bryce lives in Des Moines, Iowa but attempts to get to Kansas City a few times a month to be trained by Don Long, former pro.

Sorry about the poor quality photos. I will be getting some high quality ones hopefully by the end of the week.

Bryce is doing this all on his own financially, and is just beginning to look for sponsors in his quest to earn his pro card. If you know of any companies or the like that might take an interest, please get a hold of me. Thanks.

So you are introducing him. Is he going to become a contributing member here?

No, I am going to contribute for him. I don't think he'll be here much. Something about pre-contest training and dieting...

This made me smile. You have 'contributed' 33 posts in 2.5 years and now you are going to be contributing for yourself and your friend. :)

Best of luck to him.

That is correct, I WILL be contributing. Thanks for your support.

Not bad but what I really want to know is his bowling handicap!

Amazing shape.

HEY NOW!

I am on the college bowling tour. Its a lot of fun and its great experience so when the money tourneys come around I can make some coin. Yeah I know...bowling is like the opposite of bodybuilding. I take so much **** from the bowling guys in the way I eat...but I dont look like no bowling guy!
:hammer:

My life's to busy to spend time creating a fassad for anyone on the board of some fictious person.

Check out my weekly pictures I've been taking on him for his run up to the 2006 Jr. Nationals in Chicago.

Wow! He definitely looks good man! Tell him to keep it up and good luck! You should probably look into changing the filename from 'smallbryce' to 'bigbryce.' :)

Strange thread… So you’re hustling for him?

What does it take money wise to attempt to gain a pro card?
<O:p</O:p
As in cost of drugs.
