Thanks again for your logs, they have been EXTREMELY helpful...

cheapest place to get it is def. nutra planet plus their shipping is incomparable...you pay for standard shipping and it's there next day or the day after (at least for me)....

other sups I'm on...

PWO - maximize v2 + hemavol
combat (mp) for recovery
100% casein for before bed
and intimidate stacked with erase pro

ditto for the effects it's having on my prep. weight has dropped incredibly slowly but body composition has changed really drastically, and strength is about the same as it was when i was about 15 lbs heavier.

And great updates OP, glad to see the constant progress you're making on Intimidate :)

day 13

I feel like I'm getting repetitive here
sleep is out of this world
recovery is amazing
muscle hardness has really kicked in now
vascularity..ha it looks like I'm flexing all the time now
and volume...volume has increased a good deal

Used this stuff to replace my other DAA. Only a couple days in, but having problems staying asleep. Ill fall asleep, then wake up a few hours later, then fall asleep again. Then when I need to wake up, I feel too lazy. However, once Im up I feel pretty good as if I got all the sleep I needed. Also, this stuff makes me gassy as hell!

Sleep was a major issue for me as well. I had the same symptoms. I stopped at 8. I was feeling lethargic by the last dose. As soon as I stopped I felt better right away. I didn't want to bother taking it at different times like they were suggesting, zma came into the picture as well. They didn't have any experience with these side effects with their so called testers so I preferred to stop. My suggestion is to listen to your body. It really knows best:)

sxipro also had this issue, he resolved it with ZMA 1hr before bed.
mine last 6days but after that I was golden i sleep like a baby now!
try some ZMA or time released melatonin to get you through, but it gets SOOOOO much better

Me and you are literally on the same schedule here, and noticing the same results. Serious

This is literally the first and only issue of gas we have heard. Considering a pill is 30mg of active, and the rest filler, and everyone else has stated they have no stomach issues, im stumped tbh. Try taking it with a meal

Ill just wait it out. Im already 5 or so days in.
Thanks for the info. Any tips regarding the gas issue? lol

Have you noticed these gas issues ONLY since taking Intimidate? If not then maybe diet? But I am sure you know your body well enough to decipher whether it is diet or not.

I had unbelievably raunchy gas last night. I am talking peel the wallpaper from the wall, dog killing sulphur gas. I made some spicy asian sticky chicken wings, sesame noodles and pea pods for dinner. A delicious meal with dire side effects.

Not Intimidate related, but I just thought I'd share. :)

ey guys,

so yesterday I started my workouts in the morning instead of the evening and only lifted about an hour and was done by noon...I bought INTIMIDATE and just started to use it yesterday in high hopes but I have to say...the claim of deep sleep...ya didn't help me sleep at all, I was up all night last night and I was feeling tired at 11 so I took the pill right before bed and within 20 minutes or so I felt wired...I couldnt get any sleep and probably only got an hours worth of some sleep.....anyone else have this strange side effect??

Took it for 30 days here and it took a good 10 to 12 days before the deep sleep really kicked in. Yes, first week was hard to get to sleep and I woke frequently each night. BUT when it did kick in, it was the best sleep I had in a few months. Just took a little time to build up in my system I guess. Kind of wished I had ran it for 60 days instead of 30 to see if it would have continued. I'd take it again if it came in a 45 or 60 day supply.

Yeah...last night I kept waking up, feeling refreshed, but easily went back to sleep as well. When my alarm went off I felt tired and didn't want to get out of bed. Didn't fully wake up till I warmed up with a bit of cardio before lifting. Kinda happy to see this though, since it correlates with other peoples experiences.

Being someone who has had their share of G.I. Problems/sensitivity (Chrohn's disease), I can honestly say I was nervous about taking this product but being on my 16th day I have not experienced any side effects! that's a huge plus for me. The only issue I have had was waking up from a dream in which I was part of a "super soldier" program...would have liked to sleep just a little bit more..crap...lmao!

LOL epic!

Here is a quote from this weekend from a NON-SPONSORED log, over at primordial performances forum:

I have good news and bad news to report today. Let's start with the good:

When I make this statement, it could sound utterly absurd to some. But I'm as serious as the day is long when I say that my strength gains yesterday felt as potent as any PH I've ever been on. In fact, the strength gains are comparable to my recent dance with Ultradrol.

No, I am not exaggerating.

I walked into the gym yesterday and felt like the Hulk. The bad news is that my Hulk mentality caused me to injure my low back to the point that I am in severe pain today. I started my day with a 6 a.m. chiropractor visit.

I was deadlifting yesterday and forgot my belt. I only use it on especially large loads anyhow, but figured I'd be OK. On my second rep of 325, I felt a sensation in my lower lumbar and knew instantly I was in for a helluva painful ride in the hours ahead.

I quickly ran to a bench and elevated my legs to stretch my low back. My workout partner is a massage therapist who works in rehab at my chiropractor's office, so he brought over some towels and set up a positional traction arrangement to stretch it out. He did some quick work on me on-site.

I went ahead and did some biceps work at the preacher curl station with dumbbells. The strength I felt was still off the charts, even in pain.

I decided I couldn't do my bent over barbell rows from the back injury and beat feet out of there to go home and relax.

I'm hoping I will feel good enough Monday to get back in the gym and start hammering because this Intimidate is awesome stuff.

I am continuing the Intimidate no matter what. The increase in GH can do nothing but help me in this injured state.

day 14

sleep is amazing
recovery is unreal
muscle hardness is setting in
vascularity has set in and I am def looking cut
volume has increased greatly!!!

basically I look like I'm walking around flexed all the time with veins popping out yet I look more stocky then cut...

today's core lift was power cleans...
the set/reps were 2x4(72.5%, 75%) 2x4 (77%, 80%)

so I did (235,245,260,265)
reps felt like baby weight so I decided max for the hell of it (stupid to do I know) and I was able to get 320...and for someone that weighs 180lbs and could only get around 265 less then a month ago, that's a DAMN GOOD jump....

intimidate kicks ass hands down

Switching from daa to intimidate is the only thing Ive changed in the last 4-5 weeks.
It seems to be gettin better. Im sure it just took a while for my digestive system to adjust.

agmatine preworkout
intimidate before bed > both have CNS effects > any issues from stacking the two ?

Crap thats a big, dangerous jump in a month! haha.. be careful! :p

I know this is off topic but I have a state lift on Saturday. the areas of testing are bench, squat, 40, and broad jump...

for bench and squat...I have heard of a technique used to help lifters get higher maxes but I forget the name and I have never tried it out...

you go about 10 pounds over your max and try and get it but obviously you fail...but the idea behind it or at least from what I understand is, is that after about 10 minutes, something happens in your muscles where they can lift more weight then your max...

is this am actual technique? and should it be used in the competition because I get 3 attempts...

also, sorry I'm no scientist so this is a really dumbed down version of the technique if it even is one

Hmm, no clue since I am a bodybuilder and no little about power lifting, but I am curious as well!

day 16?

woke up out of a great deep sleep!! dreams ate starting to get strange lol but that's for a different thread.....

I can honestly testify that intimidate works! it has increased my strength dramatically, my muscles feel and look more full, vascularity is seriously noticeable, and recovery time is amazing!!

funny thing is....it's only the end of week 2!! 2 more weeks To go and I can't wait!!!

for those interested to see if I'm tellin the truth or not I will post pics on here on Saturday...that is my half way point in this cycle and I will prove that intimidate works!! from day zero to day 18 is what I will post in the pics then at the end I will post day zero, 18, and day 31 to show that intimidate really works!!

you should run it for a full 60 days...your before and after pics from day 1 to day 61 would be ridiculous!

Close but no...the technique...well from what I read is to load a weight on the bar that is 10 percent more than your max, rack it and hold it top position for ten seconds squeezing the bar for dear life...then wait 5-10 minutes and attempt your new max. Prepares your nervous system for "what's about to come." Also when you rack your new max at a normal weight it seems lighter coming off the bar thus creating that sense of..."oh F*** yeah! I am going to crush this pr!"
