Proof of concept complete, just need to do some fine-tuning.

The liquidy residue was from the first two attempts before I got it to solidify just right.

As it is, this pudding glob has close to 56 grams of protein. Goal is to just add ice cold water, whisk in a bowl, pour into serving sizes, chill in the fridge for 5-10 minutes, then enjoy.

So far we're looking at:

Chocolate
Creme Brulee
Pistachio
Butterscotch
S'mores

and a few other flavors I will play around with.

Butterscotch :)

Evomuse is crazy busy with all these new products on the way

Mmmmm.......s'mores pudding

Pistachio and butterscotch sound gooooood

Do you have any pudding for sale? How did it turn out?

Had to go and pick up a filler....I grabbed some coconut powder. I was going to use Tapioca powder, but the store was out.

Going to finalize the formula for chocolate, and try out the Creme Brulee tomorrow morning (or maybe tonight.)

Amen. Pudding! Hahaa

Creme brulee sounds great. Hope it goes well. ...

You know what, glad you bumped this....be right back.

You got it man. It's been on my mind since I saw you messing with it. When I taught, my students all wanted to eat protein pudding because I was eating it. And they made fun of me but yeah......it was tasty! Miss it....

Dammit...the Sodium Pyrophosphate (thickener that reacts with the casein in the milk powder) is somewhere I can't get to it until tomorrow.

However, since I know the thickening process works just fine, I will check the flavor.

How long does it need to set before it can be eaten? Good luck, sounds like it should taste great!

The chocolate set for around 10 minutes and it was ready to go.

What about taking this on the go without fridge access, would it still mix fine?

Sooooo ready for eating the pistachio every night in place of a shake.

I need to go buy a whisk...this fork mixing isn't good enough.

I liked the "proof of concept" line before the photo.

It seemed a bit more like "proof of Gut Health + Coffee + Ephedrine + Psyllium Husks protocol effectiveness" at first lol ;)
