That's terrible! Stay on the TUDCA and add in 1-2g NAC (can literally bring cells back to life) and stay on the water.
 
Everyone who reads this log needs to know now that my jaundice WAS NOT CAUSED BY Ironflex Trenstane in any way. I blame it on Msten and myself.

I feel pretty good tho..... Considering :)
 
Btw not to scare you but I think we need to define a few terms here a bit more precisely.

Jaundice is the yellow color of skin or whites of the eyes, a symptom of increased serum bilirubin. The symptoms you're describing are either acute cholestasic hepatitis (inflammation of the liver) or acute liver failure.

If you can, find out what your serum creatinine, inr, and bilirubin are as well as ast/alt.

Your liver enzymes (Alt/ast) are less important than those other labs at the moment.
 
Your Billirubin is pretty high (as is the AST/ALT) but sh!t doesn't start to get serious until 5.0 or higher, from my understanding. I have Gilbert's syndrome (afflicts about 10% of ppl, it's when your total billirubin is always a bit elevated over the norm (mine is usually 1.2 for my "cruise" levels) so I've had a fair amount of bloodwork & a few ultrasounds over the last year before the specialist pinned it down. We knew it wasn't from orals because my bloods from before I ever touched hormones were the same as after PCTs; only during cycles were liver #s higher than my normallly slightly high numbers.

The ultrasounds make me giggle cuz she more or less smears you with petroleum jelly & rubs your core down with an imaging ball. Like you were 6 months pregnant or somethin' :)
 
Don't sweat it is all I'm saying. You're still upright & takin' nourishment, so you're obv gonna be fine as long as you get this taken care of & treat it seriously. Chin up.

Thanks Hyde. Like I said I feel pretty good considering what's up.
I have records of my bloods before my very first PH & they don't look that much different. Except , yeah the billirubin way higher.
 
The trend is a bit more important than the # itself at this point with it at this level. Skinny are you less jaundiced skin and eye color wise than earlier?

Well hep b can be a std. Most ppl are immunized against it though so that's a bit rare here. Hep c can be in theory but it's rare. Hep a is relatively easy to get but you'd be sick if you got it!

Most ppl get hep b/c from iv drugs tho.

Much less. The skin and eye thing was about 10 days ago... When I quit the cycle. Color in my eyes have been back to norm for about 8 days now. Skin was never yellow really.

I'm not sick and I've been going to work every day.
I work in a metal shop, maybe I was due for a shot...
And ... Lol .. Honestly haven't had sex in like 4 years.

You're probably getting better then. I imagine your Tbili was a lot higher before.

This is good news!! I'm so sorry this happened to you but good news is u caught it early and should be able to recover.. Keep your head up and drink a boat load of water.

I did spot that $hit early huh? Can't imagine what would happen to someone if they ignored the warning signs. ( dead ). I'm still eating , probly around 2500-2600 cals a day . Not sure about my macs.
Only lost lost about 5 pounds since my end cycle.
Haven't been lifting really lately.

No hepi for sure. Only jaundice. Been about 5-6 weeks since my piss has been f'd up. Inconclusive on the ultrasound so I gotta do another one next Wednesday while fasted. Apparently there is no cure for adult jaundice unless it's life threatening. I'm convinced that it was consumption of acetaminophen ( Vic's NyQuil ) while on cycle, that seems to be when it started.
Slowley getting better every day still got brown piss in the morning but goes to normal but not clear by the afternoon.
Here's what I have been taking.
NAC 1500 mg e/d
TUDCA 500-750 mg e/d
Wheat grass pills 750 mg e/d
Still drinking 3/4-1 gal of h20 e/d
Still eating :)

Yep , a lesson learned the hard way.
Few weeks ago I notice I was really out of breath while I was sleeping. Most likely due to my red blood cells dying to quickly.
When I had bloods done aging last week my count was all ready much higher, but it was never actually low probly just dying fast.
 
Dude acetaminophen is def worse than 4mg of Msten; stacking them is pushing it waaaay too hard. If I'd have known you were using it I'd have warned you brother. No ibuprofen, no other orals really period, for anything (not counting vitamins). Anything designed to be bioavailable thru the stomach is inherently tough on the liver unless it's something that's cheaper/easier to dose VERY high.

It's cool man. I could have asked. It only took one day of NyQuil I guess, but it was probly a few days before I stared the Msten. Any ways the combo could have been worse( death).
I've been having a nice increase in my energy last few days to, feeling good.

Yep. Things are getting better. I'm glad that I'm seeing improvements.
I still have ultrasound next Wednesday & full physical on the 21st.
I'm feeling well enough to start lifting again to.

Is your morning piss still brown? You can increase your NAC dose- remember the cell regeneration capability. I would do 1g split three times a day.

Glad you're doing better bonez. Soon you'll be back to yourself lord willing!

How much research did you do prior to starting this cycle?

Food for thought: The negatives far outweigh the positives when it comes to Acetaminophen.

If you are sick, stop the cycle. If you need sleep, take diphenhydramine. There is also NyQuil without tylenol.
