Increased Headaches

I have been getting headaches more latly since I have gotten in better shape. I this due to a lake of some vit or do you think that there is another cause?

Try increasing your water intake. How is your diet, and do you take any supplements?

Yes this is the cause in most cases. When I take weight loss supps I have to increase my intake from 4 to 5 litres a day or I get headaches. If it is hot and humid add another litre. The bigger you are, the more muscular the more water you need.

Yup, same with the "NO" products.
More water = less headaches.
 
increased water could help but it may not.

What are the headaches like? Are the unilateral (one side) or bilateral (both sides)? Do they occur at night, during the day, during your workout? How long do they last?
 
The only things I take right now are protine shakes and muti vits. I 'm eating like 2900 cals 168 pro 391 carbs and 90 fat. I don't know if this is the right diet but I know I am loosing weight good and I see increased muscle.
Most of the time the head achs are like mid afternoon.
I try to plenty of water. don't realy keep track of my intake though. I typicaly take a few motrin and they go away. The one I had a little while ago was unilateral but I don't realy keep track. I will in the future though.
 
I just entered diet info. It is not quite the cals that I had figured up though. But most the other stuff is right.
 
probably dehydration. it also might be if you suddenly have upped your carbs or protein...sometimes sudden level boosts and trigger headaches and such

You should be monitoring your water intake, it's important.
