yeah... the rubber plates are in kilos so I use them to do clean and presses that way its cool if I drop them...

and yeah...
using 75 lbs I curled 3 sets of 8... nothin too drastic...
 
spent all day yesterday carrying ****... legs are sore as hell from walking all over yesterday. Gonna skip todays leg workout.. some things have come up... will resume tomorrow.
 
You know I never really give laying leg curls enough credit...I am limping like I dropped the soap.

Writing papers is lame. Especially about parking spaces, of all things. You should write about something with substance, like how having people in a gym curling in the squat rack is enabling the behavior of others to do the same. Said behavior perpetuates the douchebaggery making it even harder to get some squats in on leg day.

Like I said, a paper with substance.
 
it was kinda a pr... it would have been a pr if it was all in one set without stopping but at the end I was doing 3 reps then pausing for 15 sec and hitting it again...
 
So you did 185 rest pause with 3 rep sets? So how many sets did it take to get to 15 reps?

that would mean at least a 400lb squat, a 500 lb deadlift and a 300 lb bench plus another 50 lbs in there somewhere... in a few months... Maybe by the end of the year but by then it will be too late.

I am training westside right now... so every week you either train to a 3 rep max or to a 1 rep max.
