thoughts... some exercises felt weird and I wasn't in the groove today...
when I was doing deads there was a guy staring me down the whole time... shortly after I moved he took my spot with two female photographers who started a photoshoot with pro photography equipment... lights and all.... they started taking pics of him squatting in a green polo and khakis... he had 135 on the bar... then he was curling and doing dips and pull ups... thats when I left... but they were following him around the gym where he went setting up their equipment and taking pictures of him... the further he got into his workout the less clothes he ended up wearing... it was really obnoxious but I finished up and got outta there.

Gonna start taking acidiphilus again to get some growth of bacteria back in my stomach.
really disappointed with my pressing today.. felt sub par but I havent been doing dbs at all... and really hitting military press pretty hard... soo i guess it adds up....
Gotta get over this cold then ill be back in action!
 
Take it easy man..you got some catching up to do. Its not that crazy that exercises are gonna feel weird to you. Gotta back in that groove. The workouts last killer bro..imo too much pressing going on in the shoulder workout tho. :cheers:

the only reason I pressed so much was because each press didnt feel right so I switched up to a different modality. just trying to find the groove
 
900 is squat is nutz btro. supplement sounds cool but I wanna see ingredients.

Looks pretty good to me, if anything it'd be a pretty good change in multi if you've been using the Pak.

Okay so the plan was to do a run of Hemo and Smash buttt I changed my mind :thumbsup:. I will be running Hypertest and Smash. Just put in order today. Should be here soon :)..cant wait!

2 Neovars, 2 meltdown, 3 drive - 30 mins pre w/o

The w/o:
1. Prone Rope pushdowns - 6x20, 8x20, 10x20 (+4 reps), 11x15 (+1 plate)
2. Pinwheel curls - 25x16, 35x15
3. Lying db skullz - 25s x 20 (up reps), 30s x 20 (up reps), 35s x 12
4. Reverse ez bar curls - 50x16, 60x16, 60x16; 60 is all my right wrist can handle right now. Good thing is forearms are starting to get a bit bigger.
5. Seated overhead db ext. - 60x20 (up reps), 70x17 (up reps), 80x10 (up reps)
6. Bentover db concentration curls - 30x16, 35x16, 40x13
7. Standing cable situps - Abs 50x20, obliques 50x20 (each), abs 70x20, obliques 70x20 (each)
8. Sprints on tredmill for 15 mins. Endurnace is going up big time!

Was looking very pumped and vascular today! I cant wait for hypertest and Smash!! :woohoo:
 
Had an okay workout. Working forearms yesterday hindered my SLDLs today :dunno: oh well.

Workout:
1. Adduction ss w/ hip stretches
2. Pront Ts, Ys, Wall slides - 2 sets each of 10
3. SLDL - on got up to 225 and my grip pussed out on me
4. Wide incline bb press - 95x12, 135x12, 145x9, 145x7
5. Medium incline db press - 50x12, 60x8, 65x4
6. Decline db press (left side only) - 40x12, 50x12, 60x7
7. DC stretch (arms perpendicular) 30s for 60 seconds

Was verrrrry tired. Fatique was high. Today should have been a rest day. Still gotta sweet pump :thumbsup:
 
sweet right now im dealing with a pretty deep splinter in my left pointer finger and now its infected... Im just gonna wash it off and leave the splinter in there... that baby isnt coming out.

Adduction ss w/stretches
BB squat - 95x12, 135x12, 185x6 (up 2 reps I think :think:)
Wide hammer pulldowns - 105x12, 135x12, 150x12, 165x10 :woohoo:
Cg hammer pullups - 10, 7, 4 about 15-20 sec rest
Low iso rows - 90x12, 140x12, 180x12 was forced to leave here bc I was gonna be late for work.

Tomorrow is off day. Finally gettn some contacts again! Lookn pretty lean today! :D New supps should be here in a couple days.
