I always liked the Champagne flavor. It’s like I can tell it’s not a great flavor, but I personally still enjoy it enough that I bought cases on sale.

I actually got the Creatine at Dick's for a good deal. I don't think they know yet that the price of creatine has skyrocketed.
Side note, if you link your fitness tracker to your Dick's app, you get 3 reward points every day. That's a 10 Dick's gift card every 100 days! Not that it matters but I have a Fitbit and linking the two was really easy.

Twisted Limeade is an ok flavor but not one I'd buy again. It's basically Sprite with a hint of Lime. I was envisioning a strong lime flavor similar to a green snow cone. The flavor is fine, however it is a ho hum flavor when it comes to energy drinks. This was my second flavor. I thought Frozen Bombiscle was way better, something I'd buy again.
As far as effects, it is a good low stim on-the-go option. The stim effect felt more than 200 mg caffeine. I used this for an intense 75 minute bike ride which was enjoyable. Performance seemed better than with my normal two cups of coffee.

I really like the lime flavour C4, it’s nice and sharp when the can is cold out of the fridge.
That reminds me I need to buy more. A store here (UK) has it at less than £1/can because they’re ‘damaged’ - the plastic shrink wrap on the case is a bit scuffed but the cans are perfect.

I haven't tried orange triad + greens before. I might have to give that a shot since it's a 2 in 1. I typically just took the capsule orange triad multi without the greens.

Its one of my few staple supplements that I never change, along with evo gut health, fish oil, D3 and calcium.
@TheMrMuscle put me on to the ACV & lemon juice morning cocktail, and I do 2 scoops of iced tea orange triad with that right when I wake up. Actually like the taste too, kinda like an adult version of your standard glass of morning OJ

Now that's a morning health cocktail if I've ever heard of one. I need to start doing the ACV + lemon juice in the AM. I've heard of a lot of people doing that.

If it was just me eating them, a jar would probably last more than a week or so, but these American Dream ones get shared in my house. Hard to hoard some of these flavors lol
Plus theres a bit of FOMO when they release new flavors... I always wind up snagging them the day they get released haha

It's basically altering of an old habit that @VaughnTrue gave me back when I was working with him and iForce... part of his diet always included a handful of Blue Diamond cocoa dusted almonds with most meals. Now it's just delicious butter form instead of dry boring nuts lollll

Rush is pretty good, probably the best pill preWO I’ve had. Offers a nice on the go option, and it’s nifty if you just want to take some pills instead of making fruity drinks at 5am or whatever.

Hit chest and tri’s yesterday with a push day and I can honestly say I love the way 4 caps of vasoforce rush had me feeling. Good level of energy without feeling like my CNS was overloaded and jittery. I felt solid and definitely loved the pump to go with it!
