Thanks to TheSolution for picking me to log Quake and the extra's in the package. We thought it would be nonstim, but I'm definitely not complaining. Xtend has the best flavoring, so these samples go great in my gallon for the day, give a great light flavor. This shaker is by far the best one I've ever got. Excited to use this instead of gallon bottles during my workouts.

Well on behalf of the company being sold, and all inventory being en route to nutrabolt the warehouse and company is extremely busy.
I will get on top of that to make sure we get the problems fixed and get a non-stim out to you. So therefore you get the best of both worlds :)

Damn. This is the first I've heard of it being sold.

Got my first ever Evomuse product in the mail today. Planning on trying it out after my FD2 run. Wanted to try Gut Health for a while but PredNutrition haven't restocked in ages.

Ghost Legend Warheads Pre-Workout Review

Taste

War Heads – Upon first sip this gave me vibes of Man Sports Sour Nukes flavor with the warhead candy replica. What I enjoyed about Ghost is how they bring a very natural flavor to the market when duplicating a popular candy. Right away you get the sweetness of a warhead, but not to the point of filling your taste buds with sugar. The sour taste of the candy comes in the aftertaste, which gives you the dual flavor from a true warhead. Being the first product I ever tried from Ghost I did not know what to expect. When I knew Daniel Lourenco flavored this I soon realized this was going to be a hit. He was a flavor god during his time with Cellucor it came to no surprise they nailed it.

Mixability

The ghost pre-workout is very light, and mixes with ease. Upon shaking 5-10 times it is almost fully dissolved. I tried this product with 1-2 scoops in 12-24oz of water and each time the taste was strong and pure. On the Mixability level I would give this a huge thumbs up as it was flawless.

Formula

Invalid Link Removed

Per Scoop:
4g of L-Citrulline (Full dose for lactic acid prevention and pumps)
2g Beta Alanine (Just a touch shy of 2.5 which is a full dose for performance/endurance)
500mg Agmatine (nutrient partitioner/pump agent)
100mg L-Norvaline (Aid in pump)
1g Taurine (Aids in Pumps & Performance)
165mg Caffeine (Energy)
150mg Alpha GPC (Nootropic/Cognitive Enhancer)
50mg Dicaffeine Malate (Energy)
50mg Theobromine (Cognitive Enhancer/Nootropic)

Pros:
- Open Label
- Flavoring is incredible
- Full doses of Citrulline, backed with supporting cognitive enhances for a long lasting energy
Cons:
- Need over 1 scoop to get full dose of Agmatine, beta-Alanine, and to feel full focus of nootropic enhancers.

Workout Reaction
I tested ghost legend during a fasted and fed workout to see the difference in the energy and pump it provided.

Fasted:
1.5 Scoops upon waking for a fasted workout. Normally 200-300mg is my sweet spot, so this really hit me hard and right away. The nootropics played a vital aspect in keeping the energy long lasting and streaming. Not once did I feel over stimmed or to the point of jitters from a pre-workout which I have had happen a lot in the past. I am not a guy who takes pre-workouts or stimulants often, but this settled easy, and lasted a very long time even into the post-workout period. The pumps were not as strong as I hoped for even with a large dose of Citrulline. I respond well to it and Agmatine, but without food in me its hard to really get a true pump from a pre-workout. Overall a good workout, but could have been better.

Fed:
1.5 scoops after consuming 40g of carbs in a pre-workout meal. I like to eat a pre-workout meal 90 minutes prior to training and giving it lots of time to digest. This also allows the pre-workout to hit harder because it is not taken closer to food which can diminish the effects. The pump was the #1 thing that was noticed compared to fasted training. It took only 5 sets for my arms and back to start tensing up during training. The focus was the next thing that stood out using this product. With a vary variety of nootropics it really shines for a long period of time and helps keep you from getting jitters that caffeine can provide in large amounts. The stim effect was present, but not as strong as rolling out of bed and taking a pre-workout. Overall it's a very well rounded pre-workout, it tastes great, and gives you everything you need to sustain for a good workout. I really enjoyed ghost legend.

Ghost Cereal Milk Whey Review

Taste

Cereal Milk – If you are a fan of captain crunch or cereal in general this will be a must grab protein flavor. The best way to explain this flavor is drinking the leftover milk after a bowl of cereal. Initial taste has the captain crunch flavoring, then the sweet milk taste is very potent in the aftertaste. It is amazing how well Ghost really hit this one out of the park the more I sipped on my protein shake. Being a kid who ate boxes of cereal throughout the week as an offensive lineman, this reminded me of my days being 200+ pounds and plowing through food. This stuff is so on point that I would have to put it towards the top of one of my favorite protein powders ever. Take caution, you may find yourself drinking this and using it more then expected.

Mixability

I mixed this protein shake with 1 Scoop of the Whey and 6oz of cashew milk. This mixed with ease. There was no clumping left in the shake as the powder started to mix hitting the liquid.

When mixed in greek yogurt (plain) I also found it to mix with ease. It mixes much thicker then I expected. The protein was very rich in flavor and still held the flavoring like the shake.

Formula

Per Scoop:
1.5g Fat
4g Carbs
25g Protein

What you have to love about Ghost is the open label on the whey protein. The only other added ingredients are cellulose and xanthan gum + Sucralose as the sweetener. There is nothing hidden in here. With a very basic formula the greatest inclusion is a Ghost Enzyme to help breakdown the whey for those who may have a slight lactose problem. This will settle very easy and sit well for almost all consumers.

Interested to hear your thoughts... you are one of the guys that is trusted!

I have been using Flexatril for awhile now it is going to be hard to live up to it's results, I will let you know!!

Glad to see you already got a 2nd tub of quake shortly after the first purchase. Appreciate the support, and Mango is $$$
I really love the versatility of Quake. I took 1 scoop of Quake after work and play with my 3 year old girl for hours, haha. Also bringing a tub for long distance driving. Crazy hilly and mountain road of my home town. I bet Quake is going to make this trip fun. I dont want any crazy stims for driving and crash like a zombie .

I am going to get a tub of stim free as per your advise.

RSX Radiate Review:

Tried out 4 samples of this courtesy of MonteCedillo (saving one to give to my mom to try out as I think it will be right up her alley and she will be visiting this weekend) in a variety of different situations (all fasted, various lengths of time):

2x first thing in the morning (1 workout day (pm workout), 1 off day: ~8-10hrs fasted) - chugged 1, sipped 1 for about 4hrs
1x late afternoon/early evening (after a workout, ~14hrs fasted)
1x mid afternoon (after a workout, ~10-12hrs fasted)

Flavor: Fruit Punch - much more of a punch flavor. Sweet, not tart at all, and with no discernible specific fruits. no fake/chemical tastes, however there were often some white flakes that settled to the bottom (especially prevalent for the time I drank slower) that were extremely bitter (think this may have been yohimbine as it tasted like it ha). Overall a good, simple flavor. Nothing groundbreaking or must-have, and some bitter bits, but better than average 7/10

Mix: as mentioned above, there were some sinking particles, but these really were only an issue when sipping. 9/10

Energy: I was directed to start slow and build up, so on day 1 I mixed teh whole packet, but drank it over the course of 4 hrs or so, assessing tolerance and energy along the way. Doing this, I never even felt it come on, but did notice that I was more chatty and energetic. Steady and smooth to the point of not even knowing I had finished the drink was the best way to describe it. There was never any noticable spike or crash either.
When I took the full scoop and chugged it, there still was no "punch" of energy, but rather a slow build and eventual leveling off. I was actually surprised that there was not MORE energy as when I read the label, I figured it would pack quite a punch. For reference, I've been doing one scoop of OG alphamine and I feel that a lot more than I did this. I did like the smoothness of the up and down and the general feel of this was decent, albeit nothing exceptional 7/10

Other notes:
Heat - only one day did I notice an increase in body temp (the second, chugged AM dose). This was taken at work and I did feel "flushed/hot" for about an hour or so before this subsided. The other days I was more active after dosing and really didn't notice anything exceptional.

Overall - I wont comment on overall effectiveness (as I only had a few samples) but in terms of energy and mood, this was nice. I wouldn't put it in the top tier in terms of those categories, but it was better than average. I would probably buy a tub of this st the start of a cut, as thats where this level and type of energy would fit best. Late in a cut a bit more of a "punch" would be nice. Overall, solid, not groundbreaking, but worth a look for the right price.

Thanks for your honest feedback brother! Glad to see you felt the mood and energy from Radiate. I believe the energy is more consistent and longer lasting compared to products that pack a punch initially and then fleet after 2-3 hours.
The flavor is orange candy - do you get that flavor post consumption? I saw you called it a fruit punch and that's my fault for not notating the flavor.
Did you notice any appetite suppression?

Thank you again for your valuable feedback brother!

Not pictured: my Scivation shaker that came with my Strawberry Mango Xtend, the 8 Xtend samples, protein bar, and GAT protein sample that were included.

Hard to pass up that Xtend Go price. Grabbed the bulk Peak02 to make my own Perform for a bit.

And thanks for quick shipping, a stellar deal (if I wanted caffeine ALL the time and/or more flavors were available, I probably would have went broke on that Go deal LOL), and sample hookup. Very pleased

I could've sworn it said fruit punch right on the label ha... must be losing my mind (likely).

Appetite suppression is not something I was looking for specifically, but now that you mention it,y dinners have been later and later due to busy days and I haven't really had any pangs so I would say there is some for sure. Hard to tell exactly how much as I normally fast all day anyways but do tend to get some pangs now and again.
