So a couple weeks ago I posted a picture of myself in a usp labs barbell club shirt. A girl posted up that she needs one of the shirts. Do I just offered the link to their sites and mentioned the price and how they include shirts in deals a lot. Then later that day I get a dm from Casey I believe asking what I like of theirs bc he wants to send me a care package. I said anything really as I like everything I've used. So I was expecting like one thing and they sent me all of this. Not only that they sent a free shirt to the girl. Amazing group of guys, they like and comment nice things on most of my posts, even the ones I don't mention their products. Really love the above and beyond attitude these guys extol. Thanks. That's awesome. It's crazy just how awesome and positive so many companies in the fitness industry are. You don't see too much of that in the world. Hats off, USP Labs!

That is indeed awesome! Half of my IG pics are in a barbell club shirt, so ugh if you usplab guys want to hook it up ;) haha

Picked up all of the following (except the GHOST Whey) from an online clearance, paid about 80 bucks for everything and they still owe me a box of bars Invalid Link Removed

GHOST Whey came in on a discount from a three letter store

Finally!!!! Took 2 packages being sent out! Unfortunately they didn't give me the samples on the 2nd package
 
Not a supplement, but I got this in the mail today. Amazon had a great deal on it last week. I just got done using it on both hamstrings. I'm hoping it helps with recovery when I need an extra kick.

If that is one of those Shiatsu massage pads, my cat is absolutely terrified of them. I turned it on and my cat jumped like 5 feet off the ground.

That's exactly what it is. It has two speeds and can be used on any part of the body and it has heat! Cats are odd creatures. they can be terrified by the littlest things.

Got this in the mail today. My first order directly from Evomuse. Got it in 48 hours, I would do business again. dsade

I'm saving right now and have been doing a really good job of not buying random things that aren't 100% necessary, but this (regular $35) has pretty solid reviews and as I age, I want to treat myself better lol.

Also, low key mirin those quad veins ? lol

Is there a large difference between the $14 off brand and the $55 regular brand? My roommate has a normal foam roller, but I am moving labor day weekend so I'll need to pick one up.

Rumble roller has spikes, foam roller is just a long piece of foam. The rumble is what you want. That helps really dig into the trigger points

Right understood lol. I meant more specifically on buying the rumbleroller brand or if the offbrand is fine. Much like tostinos versus great value if that makes sense?

I cashed in on a sale. 4 boxes for $24. There is probably a reason for that, but I don't care. Great deal! Lol.

Thanks man. You should see my legs with a pump; they're like a road map.

Here is what I bought, yes it is similar to what you posted. What I like about this is you can strap it to your car seat, lap, wherever and you can go about your business since it doesn't require you to hold it. I will mention that if you're not used to a lot of pressure on your muscles, this will be very intense at first. I use the firm rumble roller, so I can handle it. Reading reviews, this was the number one "complaint". I just used it on my back and it was pretty intense. This will come in handy during football season, I won't have to spend extra time at the gym to roll and can use this while watching my Jets.

Yes, I would also suggest the long rumble roller. Down below I have pictures from my gym. If one is new to foam rolling, I would NOT use a rumble roller. The basic foam roller, in the center of the picture below, will leave one in pain. Over time, I would get the blue rumble roller since it is softer (left) and then move to the black (right).

To the poster on the off brand versus the name brand, if it is similar to what is pictured, then get the off brand. As long as it has the "spikes" you're good to go. I would also advise a lacrosse ball for glutes, rear delts, chest/front delt attachment, and other body parts.
