Now do you think it was worth it? Why keep buying them?
The reason I ask is because i'm starting to think it would be better for some if they went a had smartlipo. Yes surgery. We probably paid for it a few times with all these fat loss supplements anyway!
We probably would be better off saving our money until we had enough to pay for the surgery.
I'm not saying overlook your diet...that is STILL the most important thing, even with surgery...i'm just saying all the money spent on supps with little results is a waste of time and of course money.
What do you guys think? Have any of you ever had any type of fat loss surgery?
