Whats the point of bridging or cruising besides to get health markers in check, does it desensitise your androgen receptors and makes you able to gain more when going back on blast vs perma blasting at a same dose? Which one is going to yield more gains in a same timeframe
I would consider a permanent blast more like suicide, so while you might get more gains short-term, you'll die a lot sooner, therefore sacrificing long-term gains.
