Time to get back to beast mode ive been lazy for far to long.. well like 1.5 weeks but still!
 
haha ive been slackin for like 2 - 3 weeks but I got a new log in the works and feeling good about the upcoming cold season

and to your post, the cold is where i get my best strength gains, I can lift all year but i guess the extra weight i put on during the winter is pretty much the source of said strength gains
 
Yea ive added some weight, i need to add some legit weight though, we shall see what comes of the next 2 months or so.
 
Day 1 of the comeback:

Got in and murdered back, also did about 10 minutes of cardio to get the blood flowin to the legs and played flag football tonight.

Tomorrow im not sure if ill make it to the gym, im gonna try but i need to study for a test i have at work, really depends on what time i get up.
 
Tuesday and wednesday off

Today i murdered chest and some arms. Slowly but surely motivation is creeping back. I really just need to square away my diet but its so hard with the chowhall n the little bit that they really pay us, along with bills and a child it makes things tight, but ill adapt and overcome because thats what US MARINES do!
 
Got in and SMOKED legs today.. I also did shoulders,bis,and some back yesterday..

Its bulking season baby!! Yeaaaaa buddyyyyy.. Motivation is definitely coming on strong!!!
 
Tuesday and wednesday off

Today i murdered chest and some arms. Slowly but surely motivation is creeping back. I really just need to square away my diet but its so hard with the chowhall n the little bit that they really pay us, along with bills and a child it makes things tight, but ill adapt and overcome because thats what US MARINES do!

I used to load up at the salad bar in the chowhall on hard boil eggs and tuna...no salad:sgrin: I always got looks because I would take all they had.:lol:

Hahahah the only thing they give us on the salad bar is chopped up boiled eggs and diced ham, needless to say i grab a chicken breast and make me a nice salad if im dieting. If im not then ill grab a Chicken sandwich and something from the main line.



Took monday off since the workout sunday was brutal.. Today will be back and bis..

I really need to get back to the routine where i had strength and hypertrophy days, ill probly restart it next week.

I also plan on cleaning up the diet a tad, lessening the carbs and adding in more fat n protein.. Just getting to chunky, which has always been why i never bulked, but i need to add some muscle. So were gonna give it a go!
 
Murdered back and bis tonight.. With back the pump is always hit or miss for me, bis was spot on though just the way it should be!!!

Weight is a steady 190 in the am, not exactly sure what ill get to on this bulk, but im hopping to add some solid muscle.

I need to be around 185 once dieted down. Idk if ill be able to accomplish that by next year but im sure gonna try.
 
Got in tonight and dominated chest!!! The pump was huuuggeeee!!!!


Cleaned up the diet A LOT and but still gettin a good bit of protein and healthy fats in, only eating carbs at really 2 meals of the day, most of the time its lunch and pre workout.. Granted this will change as my schedule changes but i think im only gonna have two carb meals a day.


I woke up at 193 this morning, lets see if this holds and if i can build off of it. Last year this time when i stopped bulking i was a sloppy 192, so this is hopefully a good sign!
 
So after a long drive today and hardly no food i stepped on the scale..To my surprise 197! Ill take it!!


No training happened over the weekend till today, got in a did work on back and bis, felt good and mostly strong, pump was decent.

I was surprised to be up in weight, i ate but i didnt eat like usual!
 
So i got in and murdered chest n tris! Endurance is in the ****ter but im ok with that, pump was huge and i felt really really good.

Stepped on the scale this morning expecting to see atleast 195 but no 193.4 lol.. Oh well...Ive still got 2 more months or so of this bulk! Gonna make the best of it!

Got in tonight and worked back n some bis.. Waiting for some of this water weight to go away to see where i stand, i stepped on the scale today at 201, i have a feeling ill probly be 195 once the water weight dissapears.

Got in tonight and murdered chest with a tad bit of tris n traps.. Weight this morning was 197, weight tonight 203.4....Not bad as i dont seem to be adding anymore fat..

Diet is relatively clean, nowhere near as strict as on a cut, just makin sure i get in carbs and protein. So far so good!
 
Good gain for the day, hope you come out on top in the morning :) I was 172 this morning, had a heavy bar night lol, was so pissed because I was 180 the day before, 178 tonight though :P
