Hey guys,
just wondering, how important do you think it is to stick to your normal diet during breaks from training? In the past when I've taken a week or two off I tend to just eat everything in sight without counting macros or calories, which seems to help me maintain mass and strength though often results in some fat gain. What's your preferred strategy?
